Had hopes for a better quality hotel. But I have to say that this hotel did not meet the expectations. For example, even though I got upgraded, the rooms carpet contained, some hair. sand and some other dirt. Rooms were not quiet and you were able to hear very clearly when the neighbour door was closed. When flushing the toilet, The button got jammed. And You had to repress several times to make the water
running stop.
The breakfast was kind of a joke. At 10:30 in the morning when they were closing in the breakfast, it was like a rush hour for the employees to clean up everything. It was more like a mayhem.
In the gym, there were these so-called personal trainers with the clients running back-and-forth housekeeping cleaning women running back-and-forth. very restless atmosphere.
as a small hint to the rooftop terrace bar, Please educate your employees what service is all about.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Nice big comfortable bed. Convenient free self-parking in underground garage. Very professional and helpful staff. Good location - near parks, sea, shopping, restaurants. Great sea views from the hotel restaurants.

Excellent hotel very clean. Staff very helpful ans friendly- views across the bay brilliant with sunsets- fantastic breakfast -I would most definitely stay here again and very easy to get to for the international travellers via the SAW airport.

The hotel was clean and very nice. The breakfast was not very good. Many options but all of the hot food was not very good tasting. Also, there was loud music booming in the room till late at night - past 2300. Also, the food was insanely expensive. For example a burger on room service is 30€. Basic burger. The staff was friendly, rooms were nice and comfortable.

This is really nice Hotel. We have really satistified. Good location, nice view&atmospher and also delicious breakfast.

We visited from Thursday to Monday. The hotel entrance is nice and clean. We were directed to our room by the management itself, which was fine, but there was too much focus on their restaurant and nightclub upstairs. To us, it seemed like too much marketing. The room was clean, but I spent too much energy trying to get clean towels, the different shampoos and creams were not refilled, even though I repeatedly asked for it. But if you have chosen white towels, which is fine, and you get towels with brownish stains, it's not okay. This happened several times. They apologised etc. but I didn't think it was ok. I don't expect compensation, but they could have offered coffee, breakfast, drinks, something, as I spent so much energy and time on it, despite a four-day trip.
At the pool you have to buy your own shower caps as it is a requirement and the price is unreasonable - we are in a 5 star hotel. The pool was dull, non-slip and had not been updated. There was a small water dispenser that was not switched on, and the lifeguard was not there. No one came and asked if we wanted to order a drink or something similar.
The metro is max 10 min walk from the hotel, there is a small shopping market nearby, and it is close to the water, where we found a delicious restaurant. However, it's on the "boring" side if you've come to play tourist. We came to watch football, so it's the perfect side.
Istanbul is not the first time, but unfortunately the first time we have such an experience.

This is a super pretty hotel which provides for a very easy stay. The room was great, the breakfast was wonderful. There is a little bit of noise at night, but nothing to worry about. The rooftop restaurant is a wonderful place for lunch. The hotel staff was super kind and helpful, especially a woman named Bursu (not certain of the spelling of her name). If I had one complaint, the water at the hotel does not get super hot, but I would never keep that from staying at the hotel again as there are too many positives!

Nice property and friendly staff. Management, not so much. My flight was delayed and they suggested I book the following night and request a cancellation. Unfortunately, the cancellation rebate was rejected by the hotel after I had rebooked. The Turkish bath was booked for my stay and I couldn’t use it. Water wasn’t hot enough to substitute the tub in my room. And the mini bar has a used syringe in it! Somebody’s half-used medication. You’d think that would be enough to qualify for a refund? But not here!

Expedia is extremely difficult to change reservations and the hotel did not honor it's own change resulting in an extra $250.00 room charge. Absolutely TERRIBLE

The hotel was in a beautiful location of Istanbul, staff was great, the amenities were clean, service was great, breakfast was fantastic. How can you not enjoy it?
The only problem was that the municipality had decided to replace the sidewalks in the prime of summer, access was difficult.

This is a beautiful hotel next to the water. Location is good.
There are 3 pools, one of them indoor.
Unfortunately, we were assigned to a smoking floor upon arrival. There was also a construction going on outside. The staff was not super helpful to change the room at the beginning till a manager got involved. Our rooms were cleaned late too. That said,

Not easy to access the hotel

I really don’t know how do I review this hotel! I booked two sea view rooms for my family for five nights, however they only stayed for one night out of the five since they were not happy with the rooms standard and said it does not reflect a 5 stars standard. Since I booked from Expedia I contacted them to reconcile with the hotel in any acceptable way for the hotel management. Since refund of remaining balance was not an option i asked Expedia to try and reschedule booking for later in order I use the renaming days later in September but hotel refused, I asked if they can combine the remaining days of the two rooms for one room where I can use those 8 nights myself and join my family who I transferred them to ritz Carlton Istanbul but they also refused! They only offered that I use both rooms as is on the same dates with original booking which was not convenient since 4 days are not worth traveling from abroad. Conclusion Wyndham management was cooperative at all. Being a five star hotel as they claim should treat customer differently and try to at least respect their customers not to act like a pension or one star hotel management who got some money and do not want to offer anything return. I spoke personally to Mr. Onur, reservation executive at the hotel but he was unable to help. I called guest relation twice who promised to come back to me with a solution but they never called me back. I am very disappointed and frustrated from their way of dealing with issue.

We were supposed to stay 5 night at this hotel and then relocate. We extended our stay at this hotel for the following reason:
Wonderful and professional staff like Doga at help desk and Mustafa and Olga at concierge.
Clean and beautiful club. Morning buffet breakfast.

Every room in that hotel is noisy! There is a bar in yhe fisrt floor and one on the top there are only 4 floors you could hear very loud music until 4 am!!! The staff just change us to another room higher but there was the music on the top floor bar! Very loud aswell we regret staying at that hotel because we where walking so much during the day we got so tired to the hoyel wanting to sleep and the music so loud, breakfast was no good, will never stay at that hotel ever we couldn’t sleep until 4 am when the music finished! Terrible

I had choosen pay at property option but when i got there they have cancelled my reservation and after talking to manager they gave us 3 nights with better price and complimentary breakfast . The hospitality was good , the location is far from historical places and the price is alittle high for the place

Checked in to room and key card didn’t work. Requested help. Staff key worked but guest keys wouldn’t work. Manager said they would fix it but for 5 days it wasn’t fixed and I had to get an escort to my room every time I needed inside, which always took time to find someone. Arrived to room with no AC. Took until midnight the first night after all day of traveling to get AC fixed so we could sleep. Istanbul is hot in June! Didn’t get requested non-smoking room so the hot room smelled like smoke the whole time. Staff was good about helping but the hotel was overbooked and I couldn’t change rooms. Hot, smoking, and couldn’t access my own room Made for a terrible experience.

I have to say for a five star hotel the service and amenities as well as the staff attitude was extremely disappointing.
Not only did I not receive any of the VIP benefits, I was charged $40 extra for using a mini mouthwash and was given an attitude by the receptionist for asking a late checkout which is pretty standard at this point
