The room was clean. The hotel itself was clean. The cleaning staff were very nice and courteous and helpful. I have limited walking mobility. I asked for a room on the first floor by the lobby, or any floor next to an elevator they gave us an assessable room around the corner, and at the very end of the hall from the elevator, I didn’t ask for assessable room. First night I tried to call the front desk around 920 and tried to almost 10 o’clock, and never received an answer. It kept switching me over to the main reservation number, where people who answer this line are not even located in the hotel.

It was a very nice stay free breakfast would have been nice I like the free shuttle to the casino of course I tipped the driver was a very friendly lady I enjoyed our conversation I will be back.

Last minute stay for NYE. Great price, great location, excellent costumer service. We unfortunately didnt have hot water, thought through the night when i was trying to wash my hands, but chaled it up to so many people staying for NYE. Realized when we got up to take showers before we left, that in fact we didnt have hot water. Let it run for several minutes got luke warm, but hardly that. Luckily we were going home right away. When we checkout and informed front desk, they apologized and let us know to contact Hotels.com and they would help with a partial refund. We did and was gave refunded, no problem.

Home for holidays always stay here. Area quiet. Hotel comfortable and added breakfast to my booking which was delicious and very good.

I really loved everything about my stay. The area was nice. The entire hotel was clean. The service was great. But the pillows and beds could have been much better. Even with the bed and pillows my next stay would be with them.

Super nice staff

My room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty, with mold in the shower. There was dust and dirt throughout my room, which made for a very poor travel experience for my wife and me. I had booked a handicap-accessible room, but due to my late check-in I was not able to get it changed. I paid way too much for a room that wasn't clean. The front desk told my wife that someone would contact us the morning to get our room changed, but they did not. I am beyond disappointed with my Hilton stay.

Left i walked in and immediately had a face full of pot smoke so i left and will never go to that hotel again. I didnt even bother to check in

The bathtub needs to be replaced. There were several large black areas that had worn past the white surface finish. Room 1253.

We went for the weekend to go watch our granddaughter in a dance Recital. Had a nice trip and the room was very nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. We stay at the Hilton everytime we are in Bossier City, LA.

The staff was very friendly. Honestly that was the best part of the hotel. There was an odor in our room that I could not allow myself to enjoy although my little one had a great time jumping on bed watching television, but It really had 2 types of Lysol and that still did not help with the scent.

Water was Luke warm. Mattress was absolutely terrible. Beautiful lobby would suggest rooms were as nice.

I stay here every time I come to Bossier but this room was terrible. The toilet ran for 2 days and the A/c was so loud. Everything else was great!

We got the king suite thinking it would be a little quieter but both nights of our stay was very noisy. We tried to call the desk for help but no one answered. My husband had to go to the front desk both nights to get help.

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the pool and hot tub. Great cable selections too. HBO was free.....

I am so disappointed. We checked in virtually ans received our digital key using our Hilton app. I typically make this my first choice when visiting every month unless we stay at Horseshoe or Sams. Ive been staying here since 2018 after I made this my wedding block hotel. Never had any issues. Always clean and well kept. Well, thay streak has dissolved. There was a bed bug that crawled out on my pillow probably 2 hours after we checked in aeoumd 1030p. Mind you we travel with 3 kids. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving at 11p. Thankfully qe weren't charged and found a room at the Hampton Inn two hotels down right behind Texas Road House. We were given the option to get another room. But, if you know bed bugs you know once theres one, there are PLENTY. We will never stay there again Unfortunately. Called Hiltons 800 to see if we could receive points or some sort of compensation, however, the agent stated in the case of bed bugs, a ticket must be submitted and matters must be investigated first. Its been a week and I haven't heard a thing.

The hotel was clean room was clean. Just had a problem with the door. It’s hard to open it hard to close, but other than that it was perfect. also, it was close to all the casinos.

No other restaurant close by

Short but nice stay! Just had work in Bossier for 2 days and stayed for the night. Very clean, bathroom a little small but it was good for what I needed.

Easy to get to and everyone was nice and helpful!

A clean, comfortable, safe, and affordable place to stay. I plan to return on my next trip through the Shreveport/Bossier City area.
