I highly recommend the massage spa which was the best I've ever received and the all day private tour. It was amazing.

The ac was pre-set at low (not medium or high) button.
Very convenient to the airport.
FYI - massage you use are 24/7.

One of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed at. Staff makes you feel like you own the island and they all work for you. Try to get a VIP Villa or beach Villa. Highly recommend for romantic get away. Sunsets are spectacular. We had dinner on the beach almost every evening, unforgettable time here. I love you guys.

Staffs are nice and polite.
Bathroom are great which has a different room for shower and toilet.
Resort needs an upgrade.
Resort has lost supply of water due to mechanical problem that delivers no water to the unit residence.

I paid 980$ and i expect the condition of the room should be perfect. Very disappointing stay
1.no tv channel or cable
2. Dvd player not working need to call maintenance to change it while we are inside
3. At check in found blood stained -top sheet of the bed. I have the photo with me . Lookslike sheet not change from last guest. Need to call HK to change disgusting sheet.
4. In the morning drape from the washroom right area detacched from the ceiling then of course again called the maintenance to make it work.
As a paying guest fir very expensive hotel when you check in guest ROOM SHOULD BE CHECK AND IN GOOD CONDITION we should not be calling for the HK and maintenaclnce for the issues in the room. Very disappointing stay. Waste of money

Best hotel we’ve stayed at. We had an Island Tip Bungalow which was a stunning room! Amazing rainfall shower, very comfy bed, awesome private plunge pool, very clean. Beautiful views on both sides of the room. Food was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Free kayaks to use which was great. Definitely will be staying there again.

You will be impressed with the welcome party as soon as you arrive at the hotel. The excellent accommodations and privacy of the island ensures that we will be returning next year. The private beach and warm water alone beckons you to return. Just love it!!

Resort is truly beautiful and stunning! The staff are very friendly & courteous. My family and I wanted to make the most of our vacation to the Philippines - what better way to make a trip to Coron. If it wasn’t for the on & off rain, the resort and beauty of Coron would only be more beautiful!

The resort is beautiful and well appointed. The villas are well designed even down to the last detail. We enjoyed staying in the rooms as much as outdoors. The service and staff are laudable. The place is truly a gem!

The hotel offers a free transfer from the airport or their location in Coron Town Proper to the property. The speedboat trip takes about 45 minutes and is a beautiful and fun start to your stay. Although you can book tours through the property, we chose to just enjoy our time on the island and instead did tours when we were on the main island of Coron. The resort is on the smaller side, but has a great pool area, white sand beach for snorkeling and offers gear, kayaks and paddle boards to borrow for free. We had some rain, but utilized the pool table and DVD renting as we waited for the storm to pass. The restaurant and bar served good food and overall we had a really relaxing stay. We stayed in the sandbar bungalow, which was incredible, but all of the properties looked good. The view from the island is incredible and it definitely is a great place to escape to for a bit. We had an incredible time. We thought we wouldn't have WiFi, but we had it throughout the resort and at fast speeds.

The hotel itself is amazing! Very luxurious and pampering, the staff is very well trained and polite. Yet we did not like few things about the hotel policies.
First of all when we wanted to book a tour we were told that we are not allowed to book a tour from an outside company because its a private island. When comparing the price of the tour offered by the hotel and other companies, it became very clear to us that the hotel is totally taking advantage of the fact that we are on an island without too many choices.
The tour costed us around 300$, the boat was extremely old, actually the engine broke on our way back to the hotel, we had to wait for another boat to pick us up.
The meal served during the tour was extremely basic.
We were interested in exploring the city, it turns out that the only way to do that was to book a private boat to the city wich was very expensive as well. We literally felt like we were in a cage, totally taken advantage of.
Not to mention that everything was overpriced starting from bottled water ( around 230 pesos) to exchanging money ( they charge you extra 7 pesos for every dollar!!)
Apart from that i have to say that the staff is really friendly, our tour guide was awesome!! I highly recommend booking a tour with him. He is called jonald. He took the most amazing photos of us!
To sum it up, the place is amazing!! But extremely overpriced .

It is a secluded island resort which is about 50mins by speedboat from coron town. Coron town is only 5mins from most scuba and snorkeling locations which makes coron island too far from the main attractions. As a resort it is 4 star not really 5star. Food is fine but limited if you are staying more than 3 days and not fine dining. Accomodation and the resort is a bit tired and in need of maintenance.

All very good, especially the attentive, courteous and friendly staff. a small complication with room assignments for our party of nine. not a big deal... big disappointment for me was that the pool table was out of commission! I was really looking forward to playing billards! At any rate, my brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces had a really wonderful stay. The food was good, especially the steamed lapu-lapu, salpicao and halo-halo.. They could replace or augment the many steps all over the place with inclined walkways it would make the place pwd and senior friendly... I'm not a fan of stairs... Island and lagoon tour was very enjoyable with very able and watchful guide... Great experience over-all!

Honestly l was so disappointed with utility service such as water. The quality of water for domestic purposes is very poor. The water pressure is very low and we had to call the attention of the hotel staff just to make sure that sufficient water pressure can reach our unit. This l dont expect from a resort & hotel this caliber.

We came for our honeymoon trip and this hotel was our thired resort and the final one (after 35 days)
This resort don’t need to call himself 5 star hotel.
The food was average and the facilities you get from the hotel are limited.
The value for money is the worst.
To Hotels.com don’t have the full bord package you just get the breakfast, we felt like the hotel robbing us, we cannot left the island and we have to order lunch and dinner at the hotel we had no other choice the food in both wasn’t so good.
The tours activity’s were super expensive and we have been in other resorts that the activity’s was free of charge.
This kind of hotel if he wants to call himself 5 star hotel have to serve better food, to have just full bord package and do the most of the activity’s free, the diving should cost money but not the Boat.
We arrived for 3 nights and as we doing the check in we understand we have a problem.
We ask the hotel if their shuttle to the city.
They told as that if we want to go to the city we should rent a boat that cost 130 euro.
We ask if we can transfer to the other hotel that located in the city.
They told us that we can have another reservation to the hotel (same company) after we paid 1500 euro.
We were very disappointed, the island is beautiful but we don’t enjoy his beauty.

We really wanted to love this very expensive resort, but the truth is that it had too many issues to receive five stars. The Pros:The beach is lovely! Turquoise water full or marine life, as soon as you step in. The staff is very friendly and they have some boats and jet skis to play around. They also have a great diving team to design a great adventure. The Cons:Being on an island, you rely on the resorts offerings to do everything. The single restaurant doesnt have a really great coastal, local menu and we struggled to even get crab & lobster even though it was in the menu. Almost all the snorkel visors were defective, so it was really hard to enjoy the incredible marine life around the resort. There didnt seem to be a manager on site to keep things running smoothly. The entire resort was full of fallen leaves, dead grass, piled-up cushions. All are minor things, but you really dont expect these issues when you are paying $600+/night. The tours are good because of great diving masters, but the routes are chosen based on common local attractions full of people and hard to enjoy. The hotel is so remote that you have to take a 40 min bus and 45 min speedboat ride to reach it, which would be great if you got to enjoy more unique activities around it.Overall, we had a nice time but if you are not the patient type you may not enjoy yourself as much. I really hope the management gets on board and makes this truly a 5-star hotel that guests can rave about.

Two Seasons Island Resort no doubt is the best hotel in all of Coron! Exceptional service with breathtaking views - by far the best place I’ve ever seen in the Philippines! The entire staff is extremely friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and feel at home!
Upon arrival we were greeted at the airport by our concierge contact Bon, who took care of us from the 30 min ride to the Bayside Resort, which is the docking station to the Island Resort & Spa. The boat ride is about 30-40 min and was a bit bumpy but Capt John and his mate JR are pros and made it as smooth as possible!
**Suggestion - if you want to do any of the island tours you should start/stay at their Bayside propert first since all of the tours are closer to that hotel. You should book the latter half at the Island Resort & Spa for your R&R to enjoy this spectacular Resort!
Overall I can’t wait to come back and see what the rest of this beautiful island has to offer!

Two Seasons (TS) Resort is really the ONLY option in the Coron area for a luxury resort. There are no comparable high star-rated accommodations in the town of Coron. Two Seasons has a sister hotel in town called TS Bayside but this property is not as luxurious nor spacious. Despite the high end features of the resort, there were problems and inconsistencies with our stay --1) Both the office staff and concierge staff were helpful but not very thorough. We had e-mailed TS months before to confirm booking of our own private speedboat for the days we were there. Although the property forwarded this info, they could not make the advance booking until we got a statement from the office that we were confirmed with one on both days. When we arrived at the resort, there was no speedboat available for the following day and we had to use an outrigger. We also purposefully moved from a deluxe suite oceanfront room to a regular mountain bungalow room on our third day but we were not informed that the free sodas and candies on the fridge on the suite did not apply to the bungalow. So we ended up paying almost $50 for the sodas and candies in the bungalow. 2) The principal logistical problem with the resort is its remote location, a plus for privacy but a hassle to going to the main attractions. When it would normally take 15-20 min by boat from Coron town to most sites (primarily Kayangan Lake), it is a good 45-75 min ride by boat or outrigger to these sites from the resort.
