The room was okay. The dishwasher started running at 8:00 pm, not sure why. Loss of internet, (certainly not your fault) but irritating nonetheless since I got up at five to work on my laptop.

The Gal at the Front Desk, I believe it was Josephine....was FANTASTIC!!! She was personable and knowledgeable and made check in pleasant and efficient. We've been staying at this hotel over the last 7 years and have always had the same experience.

Front desk staff were very friendly. Kids loved the pool and it’s open till midnight.
Excellent pizza across the street and walkable to Target. Would be my first choice to stay again on our next visit to Kalispell.

We stayed for Christmas and it was excellent. The breakfast is excellent, stores are very close, hot tub and pool is awesome and the staff were very friendly. Overall very nice hotel for vacation.

Wow, what a lovely hotel! Big, beautiful (and CLEAN!) rooms for a great price! Staff was super friendly, and check in was a breeze! Would definitely stay again!

Was easy to find .. Room was great as well as bed. I felt the pillows were difficult to sleep on deflated quickly and felt like not much materials in them. Other the pillows was great place to stay.

Clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good and served by helpful staff. The room was comfortable and quiet. I appreciated having an exercise facility and pool. I am also grateful that the facility welcomes pets. We will be back.

Most of the staff (exception, General Manager) were always helpful and very kind & friendly, extremely helpful.
The entire staff needs to be educated on the ADA Service Animal exception to the NO DOGS/PETS ALLOWED.
Service Animals go ANYWHERE the public is allowed. This includes the breakfast buffet area. The health code does not hold over the ADA service dog exception.
The Service Animal is truly considered as a medical device, i.e.: wheelchair, walker, crutches, etc.
The general manager got a bit rude with me. I was not trying to argue, merely trying to educate. She was rude enough that after I walked away, one of her staff told me that I handled the situation in the proper manner.
Two people stood out for me: Josephine and Cash. Even though most of the staff was friendly and helpful, these two were extremely kind!

We had a great stay! The continental breakfast was awesome the staff were friendly and the room was awesome! The only downfall was that we were staying with my toddler so we had to spend a lot of time in the living room space after she went to sleep and the couch was horrible. It was loud and squeaky, the sides fell into the middle and it was incredibly uncomfortable. Please get some new pull out couches because we would love to stay here again when we come next year! :)

The only thing that I would say negatively would be they need to get new pillows. They completely deflate. The bed was softer that I would like but I’m more of a firm mattress person. Breakfast was good. Pool would be nice to set some adult time so the littles have their time, and adults have theirs. Overall I will be back when I’m in town again for work.

The room was fantastic! The pool and hot tub were a little cloudy and there was a very heavy chlorine smell in the room. The hot tub seemed like the bottom and seats were crumbling and there was gritty stuff on the bottom of the hot tub. The rest of the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly!

We love Homewood Suites in Kalispell and only stay here when we go to Kalispell! ALL the staff are amazing! The rooms are clean and comfortable! Easy Access to shopping, movies, dinner!

Beautiful hotel to stay in Kalispell. We stayed 3 nights, hotel felt very warm and welcoming. All the staff were so friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the breakfast and housekeeping. Nice pool and hot tub to relax in and a fire going outside in the courtyard with chairs to sit around. We will definitely stay here in the future. We had a small issue with noisy hotel room neighbours and the hotel staff were great at helping resolve this for us.
