Very clean and it looked like the hotel was fairly new. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave set up in the room.

Extremely clean room and very detail oriented. A small fridge, coffee machine and a microwave. The shower pressure was phenomenal and enough towels, even if 3 people share the room. I will definitely stay there again, next time I am in town.

I just like that when I arrived at close to 2am someone was at the front desk. Check in was speedy and my room was clean and ready for resting my tired mind and body.

Very clean room with modern updates. The motion-sensor night light was very helpful for waking up to use the bathroom! However, the hot water was inconsistent; it would only be hot for 10-12 seconds at a time (and then go back to lukewarm). That was disappointing.

When I arrived after a long trip there, the girl behind the desk was super cheerful and helpful. She gave me a menu of a place that delivers there. The room was clean and neat, and the breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was so clean and well appointed. The employees were all friendly and courteous. The hot breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hot items were replenished often and the selection was good. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom modern and clean.

Clean, good breakfast, comfortable except: my room was on the fourth floor and didn’t have closeable opaque drapes. So, the lights from the parking lot shone in all night. Not a great night’s sleep.

Stayed here while in town visiting family and good ppace to stay. Room was clean and nice the indoor pool was nice in the middle of the winter. The breakfast was also good and very friendly staff.

I’m a travel nurse that works overnights. Unfortunately halfway through the trip they started work on the room next to me. So during the hours I’d sleep I’d heard drills going off. It would have been nice for advanced notice. And in turn I would have asked to change rooms.

This hotel was perfect for our family visit to Shrub Oak. It was economical, comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was very good with wide variety of choices.

From check in til we checked out there was a strong smell of cigarettes even though it’s a smoke free hotel. In the middle of the night there was also someone pulling at the door handle. Was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.

Really well-run motel. Pristine in cleanliness, I loved the gym, friendly staff, lots of parking close by the rooms.
Only demerit: Pool down for maintenance with no plan for reopening -- I was disappointed having packed my suit!

The only thing was that the pool was closed due to issues. Clean and the staff were friendly. They could use bigger TVs in the room n upgrade the shelfs. Other then that we enjoyed are stay n i love the breakfast in the morning

When I booked on lline, the property was listed as having a restaurant and it did not have one. I always try to book a hotel with a restaurant due to the fact we don't like night driving to find a restaurant after we are done with our activity. SO I was very disappointed in this. I brought it to the attention of the people at check in (who were very nice) and they were going to bring it to attention of manager.

The room facilities are not complete. There are only 2 bath towels for 4 people in the room. The tissue box is empty and there are no tissue.

Recently, I needed to visit the area, and this was one of the only hotels. But fear not... this property is in GREAT condition from top to bottom. Friendly staff. Well-appointed rooms. Nice breakfast options, too. It's still a Holiday Inn, of course, but I would happily stay here again any time and recommend to a friend without any hesitation.
