I was personally welcomed by Mr. Rajneesh Bhatt and Ms. Winona Gopal Das who offered their assistance. I am impressed by their cordiality and professionalism.

Service/hygiene/cleanliness was excellent.
Room condition could be improved. Had issues with TV in the room (with the set-up box) frequently.
Other than this, every other aspect was great, especially the sumptuous breakfast!
All in all, would say, very happy with stay.

Friendly hotel staff and choice of food at restaurant.I succumbed to their billboard size spa service ads plastered on elevators. I decided to get mani pedicure. The attendant didn’t have implements or more than 3 nail polishes- mani pedi was a joke. I complained to the hotel manager but no follow up, very disappointed.

Location is good. Staff are all very attentive. My bedroom suite for very big and very clean. Excellent range of toiletries. My only negative feedback is that there was bad faulty smell emitting from the wash basin area whenever i turn on the tap and use the sink. Please rectify this. Not pleasant to be washing your face with bad smell coming out from the sink.

This is my second stay at Hysinth. Overall no complaints about the hotel. Excellent facilities, staff very helpful and good breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trivandrum.

Lovely property, well located in town. The property was very nice and clean. Rooms were well appointed with all amenities. Good shower with high pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant. Good breakfast selection. Uber easily available for trips around town.

The worst i had lot of issues although i Booked for two days i left the first day in hours it was dirty and moldy i called expedia to cancel for the second day and the management gave me a hard time .I have stayed in this property when they were new it was excellent can't imagine its rated 5 star by no means its a five star property

Jade cafe staff excellent, guest liaison lady did her very best, lovely bell boys, kind, helpful. Overall as good as always. I have tried other hotels in the past, but will continue to stay at the Hycinth. It was only one blip! Still highly recommended.

All the Staff were very friendly and attending to our needs promptly. We stayed there 9 days and everything went smooth. Last night we had faced trouble with the cable network, which was due a third party involvement.

My stay was short. 10 pm on sunday to 10 am on monday. came back in the afternoon checked out. Hence I can't comment much. However attitude of their staff is something excellent. Right from Security Guard to Duty Manager they are courtesy personified.

It was fine, and just fine, it is certainly not a 5 stars hotel. At about 8 pm I went outside and a man was spraying anti-insect chemicals wearing a mask while all entering the lobby have to breath those chemicals and in a moment a white cloud was even in the lobby - they could do it in the night time if necessary.
Moreover on Friday evening there was a closed party in a lobby, I was in a room far from the music but it was so loud that I went to reception to ask lower the basses. They assure me that they will do it and that the party will be off by 9 pm. They did not do anything and the party finished at 10 pm instead 9 pm.
There is very little in a menu at the breakfast.

absolutely great hotel. i choose it because of reviews and it was perfect. the hotel staff was extremely friendly, they asked what I need and you felt they like to take care of their guests.
the breakfast and dinner buffet has a large variety, Indian and international dishes.
there is a great shopping mall close by and lots of small restaurants around the corner.
i would definitely stay again and can recommend it

This is an a very clean and presentable hotel. The staff were excellent and the rooms were clean. One request to change would be opening times for the gym which could be taken to 10pm to allow residents to work out a little later after a day at work.

I only regret I only had a chance to stay one night at Hycinth. It's a great hotel, my experience was very positive from start to end. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was excellent, and the other amenities were very nice. It's also conveniently located 1 km from the train station, and on a street with plenty of small restaurants, etc. The wifi speed was excellent for what I've experienced in India. I hope to stay here again in the future.
