Loved every minute - especially our Nanny Oris and Yoga with Cecila - they both made our stay so warm and outstanding!
Can’t wait to return

Quiet, intimate, staff are more like family. Great dining, lovely rooms and surroundings

Beautiful place! Amazingly friendly staff! Bit of a drive from the airport.

The grounds are beautiful and the staff was excellent. However on one night the restaurant had no vegetarian options for dinner, and on others the food was not great. For 70USD plus per person you expect more. Also the staff asked in advance so was aware I was a vegetarian and did not advise of the conflict

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nanuku Resor, and I must say that our experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable.
Located in a breathtaking scenery, the serene surroundings combined with the warm hospitality of the staff created a truly unforgettable experience.
The staff at Nanuku Hotel stood out with their exceptional service. Each member of the team was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. They went above and beyond to anticipate my needs and cater to any requests we had throughout our stay.
The kids club was truly exceptional and all of my expectations. As a parent, it's important for us to find a place where my children can be entertained and engaged in a safe environment, and the kids club at Nanuku delivered on all fronts.

One of the best resorts ever stayed at. The personal touches and luxury accommodations were top notch. Definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxury escape.

Bula! Beautiful property on a lovely beach. The staff is incredible. My 14 month old was very well taken care of by her nanny Esther. I love all the cultural events they have to offer. The childcare and kids club are amazing. I loved our room, we had a beachfront villa with our own pool. What a view.

There are those rare memories in life when you think back and the feeling of joy brings you instantly back to that place and time. Our stay at Nanuku was one of them.
The location, amenities, cleanliness, food and activities were obviously 6 star outstanding to say the least but it was the people and their pure love that captured our hearts and made our week at Nanuku truly rare and unforgettable.
Thank you GM Tomasi and your team. We can't name everyone (we want to) but here are a few that made such strong impression on us: thank you Talei, Wendy, Maria and Louise for always taking care of us at meal times and for your warm conversations. I know you were always busy but you were never rushed when you spoke with us. Thank you chef and kitchen staff, every meal was amazing. Thank you our villa mama Lucy and our landscaper Jone for making our stay so beautiful and tidy. Thank you Brenton, Tina, Meri for always assisting us with our needs. Thank you bartender Paul for your laughter and making the best chai lattes. Thank you Jbale for your stories of wild boar hunting and making us part of the unforgettable fire lighting ceremony. Thank you the band Serenaders for your island vibe music every day and our beautiful send off songs...and of course big shout out to Silio who at 76 years young is fitter than me and taught us how to make fire and told us stories of the island and your crazy travels around the globe.
We can't wait to be back with our little boy! Vinaka!

We thought the Resort was absolutely amazing and the staff even better! We were welcomed into the Fijian family and even given the affectionate names of Bubu Sue and Tutu Don. We would recommend this Resort to all ages . No complaints whatsoever.

Cheapskates, when paying A$1200 a night (inc breakfast) I expect more. Really to charge an extra F$5 for a coconut is disgraceful. They also wanted to charge extra for pastries. They are careful to limit what you can eat, seriously we are not pigs.
Lunch and dinner were expensive for what was on offer. Charging Sydney prices and not as good.
Restaurant service was slow, lacking filling water and well below the standard required.
Bar service, continually serving oxidised wine, day after day and I kept sending them back. The barman should have know better. One small and you knew it was off. The bar crew need serious training and the right tools to keep wine fresh.
Lots kids around running everywhere, could hear crying babies in our room and foot stopping above.
Swimming, not a great place for swimming and snorkeling.
Management need to think real hard. The old saying is "penny pinching pound foolish".

Very Friendly staffs, place is nice and quiet, each room has two bicycles to use! Only one restaurant on-site, but has different activities everyday. There is also a free kids club on-site with lots of nannies. Highly recommend ~

Water activities decent. Remote location. Push excursions. Excessive water bottles.

Stayed in large private beach front villa with its own pool. The quality of the room, property, the food and the staff were exquisite. Their website doesn’t nearly do this place justice. Nanuku Resort is truly a 5 star resort.

Location and grounds are stunning but the staff really excelled in making our holiday something special! Absolutely worth the long haul flight it took to get there!

One of the most lovely resorts on Viti Levu. Excellent accommodations, spacious and beautifully decorated in an upscale Fijian ambiance

Nice place with very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely take a boat to the sand bank. Absolutely worth visiting, it’s just like 45 minutes away from the resort.

The exhorbatant inflated prices for everything!
Resort Needs a refurbishment, bit shabby for 5 star!
Staff are very friendly, but need guidance from the management!

NIce place but not quite up to the quality the price would indicate. Furniture in restaurants and bar is dirty. staff can be rude and inattentive. Don't inform you that they've booked you for things. Also, constantly pressuring you to book paid excursions that are quite expensive. Food is excellent, rooms and property are beautiful.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay here. The staff is extremely welcoming. The rooms and grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The only negative was the rainy weather we had.

Great facilities. Excellent food. Amazing for families with kids of all ages. Nanny/Buddy program gave the kids plenty to do and time for parents to relax while participating alongside in some of the activities. Food was excellent! Especially compared to other resorts in Fiji.

Spent a week there on our honeymoon. The facility is as nice as the photos suggest. The staff is absolutely wonderful - friendly, attentive, and always smiling. The chef was world-class, so every meal was a treat. There are plenty of activities or welcome peace and quiet with the waves gently breaking just feet from your back door. We had a great time. If you are a diver, be sure to go on a shark dive - big sharks, no cages, very up close and personal!

It is a cool hotel with your own pool and near the beach. The staff are so friendly and are willing to share their culture to you. We tried so many activities during our stay and it's worth it, especially the private island tour. The facilities are also cool, we even have our own theatre room. You won't regret staying with them.

I suprised my spouse with a trip to Fiji to celebrate 20 yrs of true love and Nanuku Auberge Resort was our first of 2 resorts we were staying at...in one word, it was Wananavu or awesome to put it simply! We had a huge two story villa with our mama villa and our buddy Solo who were both exceptional! Their attention to details was incredible and all the staff addressed us by name which was quite special. On our last night, they planned a romantic dinner for us with a prteet anniversary cake and 5 employees sang us beautiful anniversary songs! It brought tears to my eyes as they made us feel quite special and we will treasure these memories forever! Thank you to all the great sraff ar Nanuku!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon there and it was really worth it! The friendly staff, the amazing food, the outstanding facilities... I would never stop! I love how the food was all inclusive! Their menu was more than fantastic!! In room movies were free!! And all movies were up to date! I loved our plunge pool and small yard! It was very private and relaxing! The beach was only two steps away from our beach front suite! I'd recommend anyone for this hotel!

Nanuku is truly in a class of its own. It's hard to know where to begin to describe this truly phenomenal experience. Never have my husband and I felt so welcomed and treated as royalty as we did from the moment that we stepped foot on to the resort at Nanuku. Greeted with fresh chilled coconut milk served in the shell and a warm Bula! The staff goes well above and beyond to make you feel at home, ensuring that your every need is attended to during your entire stay. Our villa itself exceeded any preconceived expectation as every detail was carefully planned out down to the minutest finishing touches. Meal time at the club house was an experience like none other that we have encountered before. The quality and presentation of each meal went far beyond our wildest expectations, and the taste was consistently exquisite and delectable. Each day the menu options were truly outstanding and better than any five star resort that my husband and I have stayed at in the past. This was truly an experience of a lifetime. My husband and I have already booked a second trip to Nanuku to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. If you are looking for a five star resort where your every need and wish will be attended to, where the food is absolutely phenomenal, and where you are treated like both family and royalty at the same time, look no further than Nanuku. This is truly a little slice of paradise with phenomenally luxurious accommodations and wonderfully attentive staff.

A warriors chief welcome with coconut followed by the allocation of our own golf cart affirmed this resort was going to be an amazing stay. A week in a Grand Villa was just wonderful.
The resort staff are so passionate about ensuring you have a great stay and seem so genuinely engaged with guests. The resort is small and intimate and given that most accommodations have their own pool, the main clubhouse area is often very quiet.
Whilst the food menu offerings were limited, there was always something that grabbed you and never disappointed. The food is certainly a highlight of the resort.
There is very little to criticise about the resort. If being fussy, the rooftops of buildings require some aesthetic attention and it was a shame not to be able to book a massage at the time we wanted as the masseuse finished half an hour earlier than we would have finished but in the grand scheme of things, these were not significant issues.
Keep up the amazing work, this is a resort we would definitely love to return to.
