The hotel was loud, dirty, smelled of weed, and poorly maintained. The check in process went well, until we got to the room and there was someone else already in it. They also apparently had a couple other rooms on the floor and the doors were propped open with a couple of dogs running freely between the rooms. I returned to the desk only to be told they had overbooked and didn't have anything else available. At this point I had already decided to leave and asked that they just cancel the reservation. I was assured that they would and that I would receive a complete refund. Now, 4 days later, I am still waiting for the refund. I was forced to have to pay for a different hotel out of pocket costing me $400 for the 3 nights. This made what was supposed to be a fun weekend celebrating my daughter graduating from college and made it much more stressfull financially. I am still waiting on hotels.com to settle this. The operator I initially talked to told me it was a one night penalty for canceling the same day. I guess they expected me to share a room.

The lady at the front desk gave my room away and refused to help me even though when i had called 3 hours earlier she said everything was fine. I ended up having to find another hotel the night of no thanks to hotels.com. Very frustrated and never using this site again.

The floor in the hallway leading to the room was soaking wet then my toilet wouldn't flush so they gave me a new room but it was someone else's so me and my family had to go back to the front office and my fiance is 8 months pregnant so she wasn't happy and none of the ice machines worked and when I did finally get a room the room stank we went and bought scented candles won't be going back any time soon

No hot water, hotel was overbooked and offered us a "community shower" but handed out 3 keys to other rooms to shower in while we were standing there without ever checking that folks were out. We didnt stay. I was promised my money back but its still showing on my credit card

Econo lodge rooms are run down and dirty. Carpets filthy and stained, walls had dirt and scuff marks all over them. Bed sheets were dirty with cigarette burns. But thankfully they were able to switch me to the Clarion side of thr hotel and the room was definitely cleanier and better presented. However, The Clarion didn't inform us that they didn't have hot water! I was very disappointed and would like a refund.

I reserved the rooms for some residents that was displaced. They did not stay at all. The rooms were not cleaned before their stay. There was water bottles from previous occupant in the room, bed bugs present, the toilet would not flush, and the a/c unit was hanging from the wall. I cannot believe hotels.com has this on their site. This hotel has several health and safety issues going. My residents did not stay one night and they still would not give me any kind of refund.
