Booked a 2 night stay and had a family emergency and outstay the 2nd night. To get out of the 2nd night it was going to cost more than the room cost. Location wouldn’t work with us. Also, they need to remeasure their queen beds. They were full size at best. Won’t go back or recommend to anyone.

This is a cute little hotel/casino. The staff here is great and the rooms are very nice. It’s first ever casino hotel I’ve stayed in that provides complimentary breakfast for their guests. We would stay here again!

This is a brief summary of a long story. When checking in the male employee (Giavonni?) told my wife that although we had reservations, there were no rooms available and that he was not going to check us in. She tried to engage him for discussion and he said the reservation was in my name and he would not speak to her. I was standing about 10 feet away loading our luggage on a cart and he knew we were together! I then approached the desk and he bruskley asked for my ID and credit card and without any other discussion he handed me cards to a room. More to the story but the employee acted as if he had a mental affliction and was very rude.

The room is comfy and homey. Very quiet. Everything was perfect except selection at the bar.

Very nice people there at Osage Casino! They were accommodating and personable. The room was overly large with the most comfortable beds. I slept like a rock and woke up like a canary! The hotel had a nice continental breakfast that you can follow up with a dip in the hot tub and pool!

Nice room with sitting area. However no daily cleaning. Breakfast was passable but nothing exciting. No gaming tables. Nice bar in casino.

First the good news: Room was large and had a small front sitting area with couch and TV, Bathroom was very well equipped with soap and a good sized shower. Bad news: The bed was so hard that I couldn't sleep at all so I moved to the small (but cushioned) sofa, the room did not have a microwave and lastly the room was so dimly lite that I struggled to see to get hair and makeup done in the morning.

I have about a dozen employees staying here and will have for a while. The value and convenience for the price is unmatched in the area. They love the suites, on site store, restaurant and hot tub after a long day’s work. Staff has been very pleasant to them. Wish there was a way to maybe streamline the check in process with 6 rooms but is ok.

The hotel itself is excellent. The choices for breakfast are slim cereal, oatmeal, waffles, a few pastries and bread. Drinks are apple and orange juices, coffee and milk.

Lobby smelled like an ashtray. Got to our room and thought that the smoke smell was in our clothes, but soon realized it was coming through the vents. Could have been because we stayed on the first floor. Disgusting. Other problem was the mattresses. Very cheap, hard, and springy. My son's bed had what appeared to be a small blood stain on the sheet. Will not stay here again.

The on site restaurant is only open 2 days a week and wasnt advertised as such. Service at the other grill and bar was terrible, had to ask if they served food, got my own menu, and had to stop a waitress to get my order put in and to get my check took 45 minutes.

Went to visit with granddaughters and relax some. The atmosphere is nice you have a lot in one location and it makes it so you can have your family there.

The hotel room themselves were excellent and the people were very friendly. However, the absolutely atrocious smokiness trying to get through the casino to your room is unbearable. Surely they can get a better air cleaning system so this won’t be so bad.

Ok. This is a casino. Why am i paying 10 bucks for a long island in a plastic cup? Why do shots get poured in a plastic cup? Why are there no servers bringing drinks to gamblers? Why are there no servers? Why would a Native American owned casino serve so many things in plastic? Why do they kick you off machines to clean? Why get a players club card when that is just a way for the casino to keep the odds tilted? Never fall for the players club. The machines are far too tight

It was modern, very clean, great mattresses, very quiet.

Stayed here during a deer hunt at some nearby acreage. Roma we’re spotless and staff was very friendly. Casino is very smokey but I wasn’t there to gamble so no big deal. Rooms are non smoking so all good there.
