Hotel was very affordable but also very clean and comfortable. It was peaceful at night and the staff extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The AC in the room barely worked. It was 2:00 AM before the temperature was acceptable. There 3 small flat pillows for 2 people. The listing said free breakfast. It was only coffee or tea. They have dog biscuits, but no human biscuits. No iron or ironing board. Plug on hair dryer was not up to code. 2 towels for 2 people is not adequate. Can’t understand how this property has an Excellent rating with you.

The room was clean but the room smelled very musty. Like the A/C hasn.t been clean in years. Probably filled with mold. The shower has the body wash & shampoo in dispensers attached to the shower wall. The body wash was completely empty.

Great hotel right off I95. Staff was friendly and courteous and informative. Room was newly renovated and very very clean. Will definitely stay there again.

The first room had dirty panties hanging behind the bathroom door and no towels. And when I turned on the AC, it smelled like urine. UNBELIEVABLY BAD!

I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my overnight stay. It was tastefully remodeled and comfortable, as well as well lit outside with 24 hour surveillance. Recommended highly for the price and convenience off of 95.

This is a very nice place to stay.very clean and comfortable.from the nice couple who run the place to the hardworking Lady who takes care of the rooms there isn’t anything that they wouldn’t do to make your stay great.

Was conveniently located nice location service was good room was updated but found there was a lot of animal hair in the room expected to a certain degree because of being pet friendly and very reasonably priced but definitely did the trick for one night

The Deluxe Inn was a nice surprise. I will admit when my husband who made the reservation, said "Deluxe Inn" in Fayetteville, I was a little skeptical, but the Inn was clean, the room was comfortable, the bed were amazing and above all, I felt safe. We will remember this place next time we are passing through.
