My stay was great, had an easy check in amd check out process. The staff was courteous. The room was clean and spacious. And thank goodness the temp for the room was nice and cold at my arrival especially walking in from the South Texas heat.

The room was decent and we didn’t have any major issues. The low rating is because of how service was. When we arrived to our room we didn’t have any towels, we had to come down and they only gave us 2. We needed 4. The next day it was the same problem and after 3-4 hours they finally gave us new towels.

There seem to be a shortage of towels, but housekeeping was very friendly about bringing them when they were available. The pool was freezing cold you couldn’t swim in it unless you were a child who loves the cold. The laundry room was out of service the entire 18 days I was there. But overall the stay what did I eat of cereal was great.

They don't tell you about the security deposit so you will be surprised when you get there. Other then that everything was good

Great hotel, very nice rooms and excellent service. The only negative was the 8am leaf blower and string trimmer. I would think a hotel could arrange for that type of work to be done between check-out and check-in hours, not when a later arrival would like to sleep a bit later.

I got there to check in and they said the room i book was not available anymore so they down grade me to a smaller one. So mad with 3 kids.

The plumbing of the shower was very noisy , under the beds was very dirty, even old french fries. The AC was unable to control.

I made a reservation months in advance for a room with a disabled accessable shower. We were told that the hotel was overbooked and when we fought to get the room we actually paid for, the accessable shower was inoperable. We stayed 6 days and it wasn't quiet at all. Very subpar. Would not stay there ever again.

The hotel is very cleaned, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good too.

Good location and clean, probably the 2 main things to mention, on the opportunity side, there are a few. We stuggled to get a towel, we were 4 and we only had to towels, the lady at the front desk was not very cooperative. The food at the breakfast was average, with the exception of the prefabricated omelettes that were burned. The insulaton of the rooms is not good, we had some noisy neighbors upstairs and we heard them stomping well after midnight. Finally it took several minutes for the checkout, the guy there was taking a call in the speakerphone ignoring me as I was transparent. Finally the upholstery of the chairs of the dining room and the one at the room was peeled, in bad need of replacement

Will not be a clean and safe environment or family friendly until they kick the smokers and drinkers out of the main entrance, whom leave their smoke and alcohol smell all the way to the elevators (billowing smoke cloud and beer smell from the parking lot to the elevators)

The bed had bed bugs! Woke up to several red itchy dots on my legs and arms. Shower was extremely dirty and had mold.

The room was great and comfy even though the refrigerator did not work properly. We had brought our own cooler so we were able to keep our drinks cool. The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile. I expected the staff to be grumpy having to work Christmas Eve/christmas day, but the staff was extremely helpful and professional, especially Ben at the front desk. Will definitely stay here next time I’m down.

Would have given them a 5 but rated with 4 because of three issues. Sorry guys
1) Noticed at midnight, room with very little toilet paper.
2) Calling the front desk, using the phone from the room, phone was dead. Had to wait until morning.
3) Tub faucet was off the wall with a gap about 1 1/2 inches. Seems one of the previous guest used it as a step, to move the shower head.
Otherwise, room was clean, quiet and breakfast good

The staff were not friendly and the hot water was not hot enough for shower, and the water pressure it was very low. Other than it’s a nice place and I recommend.

Everything was good except I wasn’t allowed and extra blanket and the floor did not seem to be vacuumed before we came in

Very nice, clean and quiet. The beds and linens were especially nice. Checked the IHG website but could not find sheets. They were very nice. I’d like to replicate that feel in my personal bed.

NIce place. They forgot to provide clean towels. No toilet paper and had to run down to the desk for towels and toilet paper.

I've stayed here twice and the first time around everything was exceptional. This second time however I got a room with two lights that didnt work and one that kept glitching. We also only had one toilet paper roll, and the room was extremely humid. I think the room just had wire issues and i would like to add that the front staff here is always wonderful and the rooms are very clean.

Great stay as always, this was my third occasion and i love this hotel.... next to a Stripes.
