The stove was sticky. There was residue on the toilet and on the shower, which wouldn’t get hot the first night. I couldn’t get late check out even after all that. And when I asked the desk person where to eat locally, in downtown, he said “I’m not from here” and directed me to the Olive Garden. Not a fan.

Needed a quick night to stay, and they provided everything I needed. Let me say the amount of lighting and electricity provided all over the room was very impressive.

Was a very nice, clean, comfortable, nice area, quiet, etc. Too much to say i highly recommend this hotel to everyone. complimentary breakfast not include was the only downer, make sure when you book you have added that to your stay.

Clean comfortable room but bottom of shower was very slippery. Almost fell a couple of times. Also, price should include some type of breakfast. Also, TV streaming service does not carry NBC, which aired Thursday night football! Shocking!

The rooms need better sound proofing, but otherwise the stay was great! I got in town early. I did have to wait some in the lobby, but they were kind enough to help me out with an earlier check-in.

The bed was not pillow top and I could feel the springs. The room size was nice with a mini fridge and microwave in the room and a couch. There was no free coffee or breakfast. There is a bar and libations area where you could purchase drinks and snacks. Our room rate was over $250.

Marriott moved the reservation to another Marriott facility due to complications with utilities. It's not as nice as Courtyard.

Cable channels were not working in the room and nothing was done or said to make it better. Bathroom sink is clogged.

Really nice! It looked brand new. It had a bar and restaurant…. A lovely patio out back with a rock fire pit . It was great 😊

The hotel was excellent. The hotel and the staff were great, it's the people that rent the rooms that are horrible.
We had someone in the room next to us in room 313 that was not cordial. They played loud music and woke us up around 3am until 4:30am. They also were smoking pot or something and you could smell it.

The only part that wasn’t good was the food at the “restaurant “ for breakfast. Eggs are mixed with water for sure. The quesadilla I had was so soggy the tortilla had doubled in size and I couldn’t hold it to eat it. It fell apart. It was also incredibly greasy. Just terrible. Not greasy in a good way. Greasy like she had added fake butter to something to cook it and it soaked up too much fake butter.

First visit . Desk staff not very friendly very short when questioned . Internet tv did not work and I was given a number to the cable company to resolve the issue because I guess they couldn’t do it. Still didn’t work. Hairdryer didn’t work asked for a second one and it didn’t work either. I gave up. Positive Room is clean, bed was comfortable and hotel close to family and trail nearby. Will not be staying there again
