This hotel has not much to offer. Area noisy and busy, staff not so friendly, did not enjoy my stay here. However walking distance to shops, spa etc

Hotel is well maintained after my first visit back to 5 years ago. Staff is pretty helpful and friendly. Location is strategic which can easy access to food.

Hotel was nice and area awesome! Many explore food and bar near hotel. I opened door my room. But no towel in bathroom which one I want go shower. I went down lobby because I am deaf guy. I asked staff for towel. Staff told me will tell housekeeper. I went back my room and watch tv. So long and I waited for 15 mins to 30 mins. I went down again. I asked them again. And I ordered grab for dinner. Restaurant forget put cultrey fork & spoon. I went down and asked them. I went back room but still same waited for 10 mins as my food become cold. Please tell staffs. Your hotel still nice area where I like but staff problem service. I understood. Thanks!

Close to the KL airports and the factories. The staff was great. And there are plenty of small coffee shops, convenience stores, ATMs, pharmacies within a short stride from the hotel.

Have been in this hotel many times and seen the ups and downs of the service standards. Front desk staff are friendly but not warm. I was a little annoy that housekeeping kept knocking on my door even though I have informed her that I need 30mins. this happened on 2 consecutive days. I will opt for another hotel in future.

I’m disappointed about this stay because of the following reasons :
1) I order food to be deliver in my room on Saturday evening and it took more than 2 hours to be deliver. I call the reception twice and nobody know where is my food.
2) I was expecting to use the laundry service. On the paper it’s write that we can send the clothes before 10am and get it in the evening or use expresse service 4h. When I called the reception about 9:00am they tell me that I’ll get it the day after in the evening which was not possible for me because I have to leave.
3) in the breakfast, one of the coffee dispenser was broken all the week which have the consequence to get lot of traffic and nobody seems to take the initiative to solve the problem within 1 week.
I want to say that the staff was very kind and friendly but it seems to have big problems with the general organisation of this hotel.

Some of the room the aircon is slightly noisy. Some is fine.

Overall a pleasant stay for my business trip. The only area of improvement could be the breakfast buffet. Really a limited choice available and almost everyday serve for the same foods.

The receptionist was not helpful.
She insisted i booked 2 rooms when i told her i did not.
I provided her my booking details only then her mgr asked that i speak to the ppl that telling the hotel i booked 2 rooms for 3 days.
I told the mgr i will not speak to them.,n that she go settle it with them.
After showing her my booking details that i had booked 1 room for 3 nights stay she agreed yo setyle the booking issue with them.
Imagine if i did not have the booking details on my phone.

Located in the center of business area, very convenient to find food and beverage. Hotel's service was excellent, room's cleanliness and conditions are well maintained as it was before. Keep up the good work, thanks.

Towel have Wet kind of smell, usually we got this when towel is not fully dried. Other than that ok.

This hotel is still upkeep and maintaining as good as day one. The only thing i was not too happy is the room was too cold. This may not be a bad thing for most of the customers.

1. This hotel was a quarantine center but was not informed during booking. 2. Drinking water served in every room should be remove and put a drinking dispenser machine every floor to help the country reduce plastic waste. 3. Hotel breakfast too expensive.

Made a last minute booking at Sheraton Puchong and was not disappointed with it. Had a great stay and the staff were very friendly.
