Hotel is not worth $200 per night. Not comfortable at all.

The pre check-in process was not helpful as had to go to the front desk anyway to provode credit card for incidentals and check in anyway so did not seem more efficient. Everything else was fine.

The hallway smelled of stale cigarettes, and then when we got to the room, it smelled of burning plastic. Could hear people slamming doors all night, and people running up and down the hallways. The walls were thin, could hear people in the room next to us. The grout in the shower stall was pink and brown, showing it wasn't cleaned properly. The floors were also super squeaky. The staff were willing to give us a free breakfast for the issues, but we passed on the offer because we just wanted to leave.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly, it was right beside rail road tracks but it only seem to pass during the day (afternoon) we stayed for 3 days, not once did we hear it at night or early morn

2 nights for wedding use for bridal party, excellent space, staff helpful and convenient to the warehouse district and event.

First pool and hot tub hours could be longer in the evening and not enough water in it. Could have more tables and chairs set up in pool area. The water for shower wasn’t very hot and tub would not drain . The lazy Susan was very dusty behind microwave.The temperature of the fridge wasn’t very cold. Could have better selection of pillows just not all soft ones.

Nice hotel with excellent cleanliness and facilities. Hotel very noisy like there is insufficient soundproofing between rooms and the hallway. Great location close to several restaurants and microbreweries.

The hotel needs to be refreshed. Hallway walls and carpets were dirty. The room was acceptable but common areas needed work. Staff at front desk were not friendly and simply did their job. Will choose to stay somewhere else next time.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was always helpful, kind and courteous. The food was excellent and the service was great! We would definitely go back and would definitely recommend this hotel. We even found time to to use the gym for a short work out and enjoyed the pool and hot tub!! Thank you

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. The room needs a list of numbers to call the front desk, and restaurant. Also need information in the rooms as to calling outside the hotel.

We stayed at Four Points Sheraton Regina Thanksgiving weekend 2023 to take in the Riders game. Only a 15 min walk to the stadium. The hotel restaurant served a turkey dinner for Thanksgiving which was delicious. We were very impressed with everything the hotel had to offer and would definitely stay there again.

I like how close this hotel is to the rink but the area has gotten so dirty and the hotel is dirty. Carpets need to be cleaned. Walls washed. It’s disgusting how dirty it is.

Thursday and Friday were very noisy. Thursday the room above us night time and morning sounded like they were going to come through the roof.
Friday the couple rooms next to us were a large party room till 1:00am and then the coupld were heard fighting the next morning at 5:00am. I was there were for work and I likely won’t stay there again. First and last time with this experience..

Train was a bit noisy in the evening at our end of the building.

Security needed badly. Drunk/High people wander in and out of the building. One was trying room doors and then was lying babbling at the end of the hall. In the morning we had to step past three separate vomit puddles on the way to breakfast. Stairwell smelled of urine and the emergency exits were jammed open with cardboard to allow outside access. Front parking lot had a constant flow of people trying car doors and asking for change. Back parking lot had people basically camped out drinking and doing drugs. Basic security measures would help a lot.

While staying at the property was woken up by some guests fighting in the hall outside our room who were yelling and screaming and banging on their door for an hour at 5am until we called the front desk to inform them it was happening, I give credit to the staff for responding after the call. However there are cameras in the hall right by where the scene was happening so it should have been dealt with sooner. Also as far as noise is concerned there was the housekeeping staff was going up and down the hall banging on doors very loudly before it was time to check out of the room. And cleanliness was not the best, as there was very noticeable grim and rust coming from between the glass shower panels and i found that there was a rolled joint that was swept under the ac/heating unit for the room indicating that it was not thoroughly cleaned.

A train track runs right beside the hotel - which is bad, but wasn’t the end of the world. Room is clean and nice, probably redone 10-15 years ago. The bad part - 10 drunk people screaming and arguing in the halls ALL night - on 3/3 separate nights when I stayed this month. This is where people go after they get drunk at the casino. Couldn’t reach anyone at front desk at 1am, 2am, 4am, 5am.

Always enjoy our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Regina. Love that there is a restaurant/Lounge in the hotel. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are always friendly and helpful
