Our room had a very strong horrible citrus smell and it was so bad it burned my eyes and throat, and had to call and move rooms, and didn’t even have a phone in room to be able to call for service

Everything was great except the TV remote had no batteries. I didn't bother them as there was a guest with a medical emergency while I was there. Saw police there on two separate occasions and fire department there for one (the medical emergency). Other than that I would not complain. Very friendly workers.

After traveling all day I did a stop here to get few hours of sleep for the night , I couldn’t sleep or relax at all , the rooms are disgusting and there’s homeless folks everywhere screaming, smoking , drinking; I woke up with a mean headache to the police banging on the room next door , I checked out around 2am!

I have always enjoyed my stays at the Tiki. It's an old hotel. It's a cheap hotel. And the location isn't great. The staff do their very best to keep the property safe, and they deal swiftly and strictly with those who break the rules. If you need a quick pass through town, and a comfortable place to lay your head with a great price, then I'd highly recommend the Tiki Lodge.

It was dirty the people are sketchy yelling outside our window all hours of the night. A Lot of car hovering. The rooms are non smoking so I would go out to my car and there were 3 men surrounding my car. I felt unsafe for my family and myself. Then the security guard was more concerned with how many people were going into my room uh my man,my 2 daughters and myself so he reported to the front desk that he saw 6 people go into my room. Last time I counted my husband, myself, and 2 kids equal 4 but in his mind counting how many people that are in my family is more important than making sure their hotel feels comfortable and inviting. Oh and my daughter had bed bug bites all over her face.

Im not a picky person. This place is terrible, crackheads live in the parking lot. The room smelled horrible and there were still wet towels and garbage. Bathroom door wouldnt close all the way and you couldnt shut off the water faucet. I did t even stay there, i opted to drive the 2.5 hours home at 2am.

This was really something else. I booked it because it was close to a concert. I didn't know the motel is under a train route. The train runs overhead every 20 minutes and it's close enough you can read the time on the drivers' watch. There was a pile of trash around the dumpster in the middle of the parking lot, surrounded by a half-dozen Lime scooters. Truck on blocks in the parking lot. Oh, and a crackhead chased me into the nearby diner. Diner food was good though.

This property appeared to be in a very dangerous part of Spokane. Sirens all night. Pretty sure we heard gunshots at one point. Parking lot/exterior of the facility was extremely dirty and rundown looking.

The clerk claimed that the room was cleaned just hours before, but the sheets had numberous black stains on them. There was no offer to change rooms or correct this. It was you paid for it and there's no refund, so talk it or leave it. We left it.

the girl at reception was friendly and efficient, but the rooms are in need of a full renovation. the carpets look like they haven't being changed in twenty years of heavy traffic ,the WC wasn't even fixed to the floor properly. on the plus side the shower had some power !

The floor, walls, and bed spread was extremely dirty. The tiki lodge needs some serious renovations. This place needs new beds, new flooring and clean walls. I felt like I would catch a sexually transmitted disease being in the room. Please do better with cleanliness.

It was a last minute decisions. But i was looking for hotle that where in my price range. Poor. It was a nice room. But most hotle take the time to go back in a check everything. One sheets where stad. Two bed wasnt made for two peole. I sleep in a chair. Because the bed fold into center. You want people to rent and i dont mean to live there get those room good. Matress wasnt the worse when it does that take it out. There was no klinkes the spot totally not taken care of. And if the bed spread has a hole dont usa it for rent place. Make those places the best you can.

The carpets were filthy! They looked like oil or grease stains were on them. The bathroom was tiny. The toilet was very close to the tub. The sink and vanity was close to the bed not in the bathroom.

Room and bedding was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Building is a old and run down and the area is a bit rough, but the onsite security kept everything safe. There is also a freight train that runs behind it constantly, but it's a pet friendly stay at a great price. For travellers on a budget, it's a good choice for a night stay.

You get what you pay for. Hotel shares a wall with train and they go by all day/night. Room was clean, however you could smell it was a smoke room previously. My child who has no respiratory issues, immediately clogged up and couldn't breathe. I use a cpap, when i got home i had to deep clean it and change the filters, the smell permiated the machine. Not worth the few $ saved. Pay the extra, i do not recommend this place.

Room and bed was clean however very strong deodorized smell (Lysol or some other). Exception was the Carpet, wanted to and did keep my shoes on. Looks very grimy.

Last in office was very rude, told me I wasn't allowed to have a guest stay in my room to babysit my dog while I was at my grandfather's funeral, when I proceeded to show her that my reservation is booked for 2 adults not 1 she told me that " my friend could watch my dog but I'm not allowed to extend my stay, her customer service skills were very poor and the carpets were stained , mirror was dirty and the toilet clogged every time I went to the bathroom. The housekeepers and maintenance were very friendly and nice but the manager shouldn't be a manager. FYI I am the United States Embassy Ambassador, I'm not just some rif raff off the streets wich is how she treated me. I don't recommend this motel to anyone. Unless you absolutely can't find anything else.

Carpets seemed old and dirty with room being in very poor shape and in need of repairs. Mini fridge didn’t work. Drug addicted people were hanging out outside almost all the time. Great location downtown and the Staff was very nice. However, checkout time is the strictest ever with cleaning person beating on the door five minutes before checkout time. Would not recommend unless you must stay downtown at a super cheap motel.

Was pleasantly surprised with the room. It was clean, well proportioned with a comfortable king bed, adequate towels (not big and fluffy ones you get from expensive hotels but not too thin to dry you after a shower) and carpet on the floor that was not worn out. The location is close to downtown on a busy street not far from railroad tracks hence some noise but was fairly quiet at night. I would stay here again. No breakfast but it is a budget motel.

Great place for the money, rooms clean the beds comfortable. The management is very nice, and the location is almost perfect. It is downtown so just remember to lock vehicle doors.

I got here at about 10 and it took a half hour for someone to answer the phone and or door bell to get a key. Then there's a train running right above us all night.
