We would have rated this property as 5 stars if our departure day was handled better.
We had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 6:30am. At 6:15am, we came to the breakfast room which open from 6:00am but there was no food available. We saw the cup of noodles on the counter and ask the lobby staff if we can take it to replace the breakfast & he said yes. However, when we checked out they asked us to pay 100 Peso for the cup of noodles, and I complained but they said it’s for sale. I told them my booking comes with breakfast and there was no food available, you not even say sorry or have any alternative plan but asking for paying extra? Paying 100peso was not my issue here, I gave tips to the staffs here 50 -100 peso whatever I’m happy with their services. I’m just not happy the way the lobby staffs handled think like that. To be fair, should we get refunded for the non- break fast provided on our last day?
Also, for taxi, if you can arrange it for yourself, it could save you 100 peso. Our trip from the airport we paid directly to the taxi driver was only 300 peso, but for the ride from the hotel to the airport, booking via the hotel & paid directly to the hotel was 400 peso.

The elevator had a strange smell, the bidet did not work. Other than that the the service was great! There is no swimming pool for people looking for a swimming pool.

The staff were great especially Eric from the breakfast station.
The sink in our room was clogged.
The beds are on wheels that it moves everytime I move.
They don’t provide hand towels or wash cloths and no TOILETRIES available, except shampoo and soap.

The rooms we're dark, aircon not cooling enough. Hallway by the rooms very hot. 2 rooms had bathroom issues, flooding and bidet not working. Breakfast supposed to be buffet turned out to be ala carte and was just okay, edible if I may say. Staff we're nice though and the reception area was appealing.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights. The room was ok. However when we entered the air in the room smelled stale and we needed to open the window. Rest was ok also some equipment such as the aircon seemed 20years old with its plastic turned yellow. Rest was ok

This property as mentioned by others is dated but very well kept for its age. The staff are amazing and so helpful. It is located next to a gentleman’s club but the hotel has 24 hour security and unless you explore what’s around you might not even notice. If you are stopping over for a few nights of rest on a budget this is definitely your spot. Good sleep, clean hotel, with excellent people and service. Don’t hesitate to book before your go to El Nido. Enjoy!

This hotel has seen better days and is in need of a bit of spritzing up. COVID may be the blame, along with the airport, which was previously just down the street, relocating to the other side of Puerto Princesa and essentially leaving this hotel on its own. Still a reasonable location if you rely on trikes for transportation. Located between 2 "Gentleman's Clubs", but no noticeable overspill from those establishments. We spent 8 nights here and our room was in the back (definitely request upper floor, rear of the hotel room) and it was quiet except for the 0430 crowing of roosters. T.I.P. (This Is Philippines) and you are going to find that almost anywhere. Breakfast was included but clearly made about the time the rooster crowed. Cold, rubbery eggs and some lunch meats or hot dogs. Not really worth getting out of bed. No hot water kettle in room (!!??) and when Filipina wife called desk to request one she was told that they had one. I showed my Western (White American) face at the desk less than an hour later and requested one and it was immediately delivered. Needed additional towels and a blanket, but dealt directly with housekeeping staff and was immediately taken care of. Had housekeeping every other day and room was well-cleaned. The 200 PHP ($4.00 USD) left on the bed certainly helped, and was appreciated. We live and travel all over the P.I. and other parts of Asia. This hotel is just "middle-of-the-road" and I wouldn't stay here again for a long stay.

Decent modern hotel - but old style, noisy aircon (regrettably common in Phil).
Restaurant closed for covid - horrible, cold prepacked breakfast included.

Very reasonable priced. Clean. Big rooms. And I loved the available airport transportation at a good price.

No issues, except for no warm water to shower, no hot water to shave, and a scratchy-sounding TV with few channels.

It is perhaps somewhat unfair, as tyf hotel have not been in operationen for a while due to covid and had very few guests.
The area was coming back to life, with several bars snd restaurants open for business. I can recommend the nearby Thai/European one, forgot the name though.
The hotel had a good standard of rooms but with limitted services, e.g. no restaurant and breakfast was from an outside kitchen, but ok.
I would go the again if I had to go to Palawan again.

Really good left a review already. Clean comfortable. But this time they expected 1000 peso deposit. I dont like being surprised unexpectedly with something like that. Food is excellent too.

Stay is Ok but check in is really strict as it has to be on the exact time otherwise they will charge you extra if you want to be checked in early. The thing is, the hotel is not fully booked. I hope they’d be a little bit more flexible with their check in policy. Hotel staff though is very courteous:

Very good location. Staff was friendly, buffet breakfast was decent and our room was decent with 4 single beds. Hot water in the shower is a plus.

I booked this place, due to my late arrival in Puerto Princessa...(after midnight) & not being able to get a van to El Nido until early morning. The girl at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. However, the bed was not comfortable, the breakfast was disappointing and one of the main reasons I booked this place was due to the free airport transit van. The morning I checked out, there was a police investigation going on in one of the rooms. The police had parked behind the airport shuttles so the staff apologized and told me to take a trike. I understood, but asked if they were paying for the trike, considering it wasn't my fault the shuttles were blocked....and I booked for the purpose of using that free service. That's when staff started sending me to the road, talking and laughing to one another but only giving me 22 pesos...then had trike guys try to come pick me up, yet laugh about the money given me. Finally the security guard makes a deal with one and gives me another 20 pesos to give the driver. I didn't want to take the staff's money...I just felt the hotel should cover the cost of the trike.
