The hotel didn’t make all the elevators working which created the waiting queue all the times. Also made the waiting time extra long no matter which floor wwe’re at.

Overall very positive. Buffet breakfast probably the best in town. Daily housekeeping. Super comfortable beds and pillows. I did find a strand of long black hair on bathroom floor day #1 but other than that impeccable. This certainly wasn't enough to complain about and I'm sure that if I had complained they would have put me in a new room straightaway. I've stayed here before and will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Taichung.

I have been staying at Lin's Hotel for over 10 times and each time is fantastic . Love the walking distance to Maple Park and Hot Pot restaurants.

We stayed 1 night, overall the stay was good but we were disappointed by the customer service. The day before our stay we called the hotel to ask about the shuttle service, we called at least 10 times over a 5-hour period but nobody answered the phone. Most staff was kind but one particular lady was very unpleasant and unkind. The room itself was clean and well maintained, but the sofa was slightly uncomfortable. The hotel has an executive lounge on the 25th floor but only soft drinks and packaged snacks are offered.

We were able to get a slightly earlier check-in time. Personally, I felt the bed was a bit too soft, but the bed sheets were amazing smooth and soft. The toilet shower and bathtub had amazing powerful water pressure, so shower experience was good.

The hotel was nice and decent, but nothing too special. The staff definitely needs a lot more training. They need to be more attentive to their guests and maybe smile a little more. It felt like they were forced to work there. A little more spirit people.

吃了buffet早餐後發生嚴重的急性腸胃炎，就醫服藥後仍然持續了數日。酒店方面來電說沒有調查出什麼問題，願意支付願意醫藥費（但醫藥費其實都是健保啊，酒店還真的一本正經的就賠償了掛號費而已…）事後查了一些評論，才知道林酒店的食安問題早已惡名昭彰。…

Location wise is pretty convenient. Staff were ok. The room was really disgusting, they didn’t vacuum the carpet properly, stains on all chairs, shower head was covered in scum.

The room is very spacious, got a free upgrade to higher floor and bigger room. The room overall is clean but the toilet wasn’t. The TV is big but it would have Display distortion from time to time. Overall I think I’ll recommend it...

Lovely all around experience. Luxurious room with a view, knowledgeable, helpful staff, great buffet, memorable restaurants. Location is what it is for this city without a metro. Cabs, however, are inexpensive and readily available. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I was given a lower level room in spite of requesting a quiet upper level room. We arrived at hotel after 3pm and was told that we have to wait hour and half at least to get the room of our desire.
