We had a nice room. It could use a little loving with some new Sheetrock in some places but it was clean. 😃

Upon check-in learned the elevator was not working, they do not have a business center with a working printer which is contrary to what is stated in their property details, the TV connection kept disconnecting and they did not seem in any hurry to assist, and finally the morning of checkout the fire alarm kept beeping (as if low battery) beginning at 830a increasing in frequency and pitch until abruptly stopped at 11:10 checkout time. Housekeeping confirmed for me when I asked if the fire alarm was intentional, and another associate had the same thing happen in their room too. The place, to their credit, is very clean which is why I gave 2 stars, and did not change my stay; however I would not recommend and will not book here again as their are plenty of other options in this price point nearby.

Just a drive through for one night, but it was a good stay. Quiet room on the first floor, the linens were soft, comfortable and clean and the shower was good pressure. Definitely a good stay for us in a drive through town. If we needed to stay again, we would choose this hotel.

Customer service was great. Elevators were out at the time so that was pain going up stairs with all our luggage but it’s okay. I get it things happen. Room was comfortable. Cleanliness could have been better. We had a pull out couch and the sheets had crumbs. Looks like they didn’t get changed out from previous. Shower had a few hairs in shower. Didn’t get to try breakfast because our binder with information said it ended at 10 and went down shortly after 9 and everything was pretty much put away I was able to get an orange juice but that’s it. But overall stay was good. I would stay again.

We were traveling in a whiteout snowstorm and had to stay in Dodge. I really want to say thank you for the young man that was at the front desk. I didn’t catch his name, but he was so accommodating and he ended up staying almost 24 hours because of the storm.He was very very helpful and nice. Really enjoyed our stay just wish it wasn’t under these circumstances.

Property wasn’t bad but the bed was hard a rock. Tiny little pillows for a king bed. Tv did not work and was told to jiggle the cable box when there was no cable box in the room. Housekeeping tried to open our door multiple times before check out without even knocking while we had the do not disturb sign up.

Last minute stop, due to weather conditions. The room price was fair, rooms were clean, and friendly staff. The ice machine on the second floor is broken, and the snacks and drinks were overpriced. Overall, it was a great stay, the building is in decent shape, parking was open, and the rooms were clean and organized nicely.

Sink flows extremely slow and room wasn't as clean as I would have expected. Few hairs on the bed, sofas, and dust around the table. Not sure if this is because of ongoing renovations but could be better!!

Nobody at front desk at check in , a note with a phone to call for help , also all tables in breakfast area dirty , found girl in back room on her phone instead of doing her job . Not very friendly people working there !

Nice big clean room. Bed very comfy. Loved the jacuzzi tub! Shower floor is old but big and clean. Loved having a fridge in our room and free breakfast in the lobby. Nice sitting area. The pool was delightful after a hot and sweaty day sightseeing ! Cowboy Capital saloon and Grill was a great restaurant for dinner !! Thanks for the recommendation!

Our sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain. The elevator broke and had to carry everything downstairs ( my husband is disabled). Obviously the hotel is under remodel but seriously stained concrete floors?

The stay was excellent and comfortable.

No one at the front desk upon check in, had to wait about ten minutes and call. Had to have keys re-programmed before check out date, tv didn’t work but was fixed the next day. Housekeeping took towels after fixing tv but didn’t leave new ones.

I needed to do laundry. Washer was in working condition but the dryer was not. The young man at the front desk offered to use the site dryer! Excellent customer device!!

Promised the kids swimming after a 10 hour drive and the pool was so disgusting it was unswimable!!
