This seems like a new hotel. The room we had was massive with a king bed, sitting area, full kitchen and a queen loft bedroom. The room was spotlessly clean and very modern decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. We were on the top floor and facing the highway, which is always busy with traffic, but did not disturb our sleep, overall very good place to stay.

Walking path to the super center. Also staff was so accomidating had an early flight and they gave me a room at 1130am and late check out. Breakfast was great and rooms were new and modern

A nice hotel but the staff don’t seem to take care of wheel chair access outside and some walkways were shear ice. There were large beens of snow blocking the access from the sidewalks to the roadways making it impossible for someone to move around in a wheel chair or walker

This is a brand new property. We had booked a night with our 4 kids to use the pool and waterslide. There was no obvious place online stating the waterslide was not open yet. Also the pool/ hot tub had just under gone maintenance and the temperature was very cold. The hot tub was not even warm pool temperature. It was cold! We were disappointed. This was supposed to be a special family night out. Staff didnt really offer any compensation because we booked on expedia.

I recommend this hotel get a wireless Air Printer. I was so frustrated with the trouble and time it takes to print documents. No one to help even after I asked and no instructions to setup. Plugging the usb cable did not even help

All the staff is absolutely friendly and amazing at making you feel comfortable and very helpful , a home away from home.The property inside and out is very clean.The fitness room was clean and well maintained, the continental breakfast was delicious each morning. Stayed two nights.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was good. Breakfast was adequate. No real amenities within sight of the hotel. You could walk to stores, but would be an uphill walk home. Convenient if you are driving though. Easy to get to.

Pool was the big thing for us. For being open for not that long the water in the hot tub and pool were looking not that clean. They had swimming lessons in the morning on Saturday that we know of that disrupted our swim. Floor didn’t look cleaned and the water slide hasn’t been working for a long time as we spoke to another guest said the last five times he stayed there it hasn’t worked. Also walking in the hallway there was stains on the third floor and looked to be stains in the carpet in our room. For $179 one night and $184 the last night it being a brand new hotel in Prince George I expected a lot more new looking at this place but for being a newer place was pretty dirty. Breakfast was go with a lot of options and staff was good there.

The door was unlocked to our room as we arrived, there was still old food behind our bed from the precious guest(s), and there was a big clump of hair on the towel in the bathroom. This place is very nice and I would stay here again, but the cleanliness needs a step up. Overall 3/5.

We did a mini staycation with our 2 grandkids. Perfect! Breakfast, pool,comfy bed,clean room and endless coffee. The only negative comment is that the slide wasn't open in the pool but no biggie.

I have stayed at serveral hotels in PG which are the big chain hotels and this one is by far superior. If cleanliness is important to you stay in this hotel.

The staff was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing and the staff at breakfast was so helpful. The arranged snacks for our kids and gave us takeout containers for extra breakfast. We had lots of extra towels when we asked. The room was very spacious and comfortable for 3 adults and 2 kids. The only disappointment was the slide at the pool was closed.
