This is Not a five star hotel! largest suite is 60sqm badly designed so I had take an extra room where the bathroom was divided by a Curtain. How can you call that five star I Don't Know! Not the Standard Of the Group Accor! Four Stars Maximum

Close to the main tour areas.two blocks from hop on hop off bus. Two blocks from Mt Notre Dame. 6 blocks from war museum. Very close to all the different types of food plus great restaurants on site. A tremendous rooftop bar.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Room was not huge but very comfortable with a high standard of housekeeping. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The Hotel des Arts Saigon is the quintessence of gracious service set in a breathtaking tableau. The staff was solicitous, kind and efficient. The breakfast service was delectable, the service impeccable, the setting memorable. Bravo! Bravo!

Lovely hotel. Great staff and very friendly. Rooms are relatively small and a little ‘tired’. There is some loud music in adjacent properties that goes for most of the night so room choice is important if you want to minimize. Roof top bar can also be fairly noisy.

I was told this was one of the better hotels. Not bad. Small. Team was very friendly at Check In. Housekeeping good. The Lounge food was not bad. Had breakfast which was nice. But on the second day the AC was not even switched in properly and was quite hot. Loud music from some sort of carnival on the ground floor opposite but not till late at night. Overall not a bad hotel.

Amazing hotel beautifully decorated. Great view from top rooms. Very helpful staff. Very convenient spa with great services and professional staff. Beautiful rooftop pool. Only downsides would be: -the small number of sunbeds at the pool but you just need to get there early to have space ;) -the noise coming from the bar which you can hear in the evening if you want to sleep before 11pm/ midnight.

I really like the flowers arrangements. The kindness of the staff, especially the elegance display and of course artistic decor that makes you feel you classy yet at home and comfortable. We enjoyed the afternoon tea that was beautifully arranged along with the live piano performance on Fri-Sun pm. We appreciate the attention to details from housekeeping staff and the caring we received from all.

This is my absolute favorite place to stay in Saigon — extremely comfortable rooms, a beautiful rooftop bar and pool, and the perfect location for accessing everything you want to see in Q1 and Q3. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful and the views are stellar. Highly recommend!
