Staff are courteous and overall the stay was good.
Location - could be caught in a jam during peak office travelling hours as it’s along the main road leading to many housing estates.
We asked for 2 key cards but the hotel says they only give one. It’s quite inconvenient for a family stay as each family member may have his/her own itinerary. Hope the hotel can look into this.

New in the Botani Area, still remote in nature to other hotels. Noise insulation between room not very good. Otherwise friendly staff, as always with Ipoh people

The hotel's room are like 4 star hotel, the cleanliness, the comfortness, the facilities are in good condition. I would be delighted to stay there if I travel to Ipoh again. The only flaw is that it is a bit far from the city.

The condition of the room are quite 'NEW'. So its clean and everything function well. Just abit dust, just abit ~ ~~ The equipment are quite branded, you will feel safety to use. The sound of TV are controlled to limit, so would not disturb others room. Wifi is available in the room, few channel to access Wifi. Any help may request from staff, they are very nice people and helpful. If really need to improve is soundproof. In-front of ours room are big family stay, so quite frequent can hear child noise and the door noise.
