Everything was great. No complaints. Staff extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was really good. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. I would definitely recommend for a family to stay.

Felt like I was at a nascar race. Trucks were so loud inside the bedroom all throughout the night. Also the air conditioner made a horrible loud noise constantly.

Everything was clean. Well lighted parking lot. Breakfast could have been better supplied most of the food choices were almost gone 15 minutes into the time it was opened and not refilled. But we're stay again.

Unfortunately, they gave away my room and could not accommodate us. To add insult to injury, I had a feeling that we couldn’t get in by the amount of time the lady at the desk spent calling her manager, so I asked if it would take a long time to figure things out just to have to leave without a room. She told me it would not. We spent 45 minutes waiting without interrupting her or causing problems. We did not get a room, but I did get my refund a few days later. I’m sure it was a simple mistake, but it made for a long day and longer night.

Beds are comfortable and slept great. You can hear people in other rooms and loud tv playing. This seems like a busy place so Id recommend earplugs for quiet.

We came to a lacrosse tournament at LakePoint Sports Complex and it was nice to just walk to the games

Loved that the property was so close to everything needed. Room was extremely clean, comfortable, will be staying here again next time in Dallas.

The room smelled clean and fresh. It was spacious. Breakfast options were available and it was replenished well.The indoor pool was not crowded and the water was nice and warm. The staff were also helpful.

We stayed here for a cousins wedding! It was only 10 minutes from the house and close to so many things! Very clean and always greeted when we walked in or out!

Where should I begin? Dirty bra found hanging on bathroom door. How do you miss that? When we called down to alert the hotel staff, the response was “I don’t have time to come to your room right now, I’m by myself”. No blackout shade, only a blackout curtain that didn’t black out all the light, the room smelled like dirty feet, there was a sunken spot on one side of the mattress right where your butt would lay, indicating that they obviously had never flipped the mattress. You seriously could have placed a bowling ball there and still laid over the top of it! Ridiculous, considering the nightly cost for the room. I have NEVER seen anything this bad, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years with travel baseball. Pretty unbelievable. Just don’t stay here. They will not take care of any of your concerns.

Our room was on the end of the building close to the truck stop and it got rather noisy on occasion. The guest laundry was great and very convenient. The free breakfast was adequate for our purposes and we were glad to get it! The staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly.

2nd time we have stayed here. Seems to have gone down slightly and they are catering to line workers who have muddy boots and vehicles with mud in parking lot.
Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday. 2 days food was not hot; bad bananas, cereal was stale.
No toilet paper in room when we arrived.
Was an OK place to stay, but will stay somewhere else the next time in that area.
Management doesn’t appear to be on site pretty much anytime we were there.

This was a great place to stay. It was super clean, bed was comfortable and the sheets were super soft. It is pet friendly with a $25 per pet per night fee.

The hotel itself wasn't bad but the mattress was broken on one side. We could feel the springs and there was a huge dip in it.

We booked a room traveling with a medium sized dog- arrived pretty late - nice girl checked us in - very clean though out - breakfast was very good and many choices - if we need a room again this will be our stop .

Cons:
Elevator not working and front desk not staffed.
Property owner appears to not reinvestment profits back into the business.
Only one elevator is understandable, BUT the owner needs to make absolutely sure it is properly and regularly maintained.
When checking out in the morning, no staff at the front desk, a line of guest waiting for someone, anyone!
No staff ‘anywhere’ to ask for HELP !
Customers disgusted just walking out the lobby door.

Very friendly & accommodating staff. Only disappointment was that the bathroom sink wasn’t draining well. Otherwise we were very pleased with our stay!

Room has a smell, that bothered my allergies badly. Its an old air conditioning unit so couldnt request filter to be changed. Walls are very thin could hear the people beside us. However breakfast was a good selection.
