Room was not the cleanest, there was only 2 pluggins in the room, one by the sink, and one behind the fridge that had a multi plug plugged into it, which had the tv, microwave and fridge plugged into it. Lobby appeared that it was lived in by the owner and family. My card was charged twice which took 4 days for thw one to be cancel and money freed back up. Hotels.com gave this place a good rating......

TLDR: You get what you pay for. Close to the army base but not comfortable or clean.
As a financially challenged couple, this hotel was good price wise. And we don’t get to be picky because of it, so it worked and you get what you pay for.
We were given a room on the lower level and it smelt horrible. Like urine and mold to the point where we asked for another room. The second room smelt fine but we were told not to use the bathtub as it would cause drainage issues and that’s probably why the lower level room was moldy and rancid.
We both were kind of afraid to shower just by the general cleanliness. There were hairs in obvious spots and toenail clippings and crumbs. The sink also wouldn’t drain.
The bed was very clean but when you move the nightstand to plug in your charger, the floors are gross and the outlets are packed with cords.
The room has a bar of hand soap and a little packet of shampoo, you have to ask for another roll of toilet paper as they only have what’s on the roll. They give you one bath towel, one hand towel, and two washcloths. Only three pillows for a king bed.
The windows don’t have screens and only open a little, but the AC works. Even with the window closed, cigarette smoke would get in the room from people smoking outside.
All in all, you get what you pay for. It was fine for the few nights we stayed but don’t recommend.

Could have been a cleaner room. But overall was good.

The property was out dated and the room wasn’t the cleanest location isn’t ideal as it’s behind another hotel. The area seem unsafe and the other tenants where questionable

I like the air conditioner and a comfortable place to stay in for the night while paying an affordable price.

The room needed serious cleaning.

The place was honestly, dirty. Cigarette burns on the blankets. Dirt and hair around the toilet. The bathtub had scum that made it slimy and the tub didn't drain well. There were random people wandering around all night. It was a cheap room, but this is by far the scuzziest I've ever seen.

What did I like about this place? It did have a fridge. It was a clear reminder that I need to stop scrimping on hotel accommodations. Dim, drab, dark, cement block walls, with a pathetic small table and one cheap chair. Tired bath towels that had seen a better day. This place had the ambiance of a boiler room that Freddy Krugger used to work in. Except Freddy wised up and left for greener pastures. The location of the property was on what appeared to this reviewer as a deserted road, hidden behind another unoccupied building in front of it. A road that leads to basically nowhere. I don't need to stay at the Hilton, but this place drove it home that I've got to spend a little bit more on hotel accommodations. I found this place to be unsettling. I'm sure the proprietors.try to make this a good stop, but this is an uphill battle.

We came in late after hours and the front desk clerk was very nice.
The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom needs a lot of help. The cold faucet knob to the sink was broken off, we had to use hot. The shower was good could use a better cleaning and the toilet either needs to be cleaned or it is stained so it needs to be replaced. Better towels would be nice also.

The front office was like a lived in living room. The hot water did not work in our room the first night. They tried to double charge me for our room and had terrible customer service, I had to call Travelocity myself to get it fixed. The room was dirty when we got there. They did not want to give us extra towels when asked. There was spilled stuff in the drawers in the room that had been there a while when we tried to put our stuff away. There was cigarette butts everywhere outside our room door. They did not once offer to get our trash the 3 days that we were there.

My stay was quite disappointing! The first room I was given wasn’t cleaned and the second room didn’t have lighting over the sink. On the third day of my stay, I opened a drawer and found belongings left from a previous customer stay. I never received housekeeping for the four days I was there. I asked for clean towels and was brought 2 large towels only. I was told the wash cloths was in the washing machine, they must be still washing cause I never received them. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The price was ok for my budget, it wasn’t what I saw online pictures. Beware of the saying “You get what you pay for” Lesson learned!

I went specifically for the Wi-Fi and hot shower. The Wi-Fi would not stay up, the cold water in sink was hot. Front desk told me to use bath tub for cold water. When I took my bath before going to bed the bathtub would not drain. I asked for another room and was told it was too late at night. Front desk was rude there was trash all around outside of room. They gave me a small baggie of ice, no coffee, and again, no Wi-Fi

Found hairs from at least 3 different people on sheets/pillows. Floor was slick with something, towels had stains. Bedding had obviously not been washed. Ended up sleeping in our clothes on top of the covers with a towel from the car over the pillows. Lots of noise from other room. Did not feel safe or comfortable, but at 2am finding a cheap place to grab a couple hours sleep before hitting the road again there were not a lot of options to be able to reserve online.

For a quick overnight stay it was ok. Room was basic but clean, very small, no frills.

A very basic hotel. Lighting on the street in front of the hotel, and in the parking lot, was poor. The door to our room stuck often, and you would have to force it open or closed, after the lock disengaged. There was no place in the room to hang clothing. No TV guide, no rack to place your suitcase on, and no working ice machine. It's located close to the highway, and a major intersection, and you hear car noise all night. I will not stay here again.

This motel was located at the corner of I44 and Route 66. Great location. A little odd to get to but easy to find

These folks work hard here at Budget Inn to provide a good experience. Granted the place is an older building, but it is maintained sufficiently to provide adequate standards for a more than fair rate. I enjoyed my stay

Property just off Main streets. Close to food and stores. Room keep clean, building is very old, once was a prime location I would assume. Does have Microwave, Frig and staff easy to work with. Only negative is neighborhood is a little sketchy, but noticed police presence, so did not feel that un-safe.
