I was ver impressed walking in. When I saw convention center I was worried that it would be too crowded or hard to find parking in the garage. It was far from that. The lobby had a Starbucks and the front desk worker was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean and I am a pretty picky person when it comes to hotels. I would definitely put this hotel on my list of stays whenever I visit Muncie.

I spent a lot of time in my car because room was cold and the heat was not working and staff was really rude about it

Very nice hotel, clean and up to date. However, the thermostat in our room wouldnt work, so it was way too warm in there for us. Also, the beds were not comfortable. Overall we slept terribly.

Corner suite was amazing! Very clean. Some furniture pieces were frayed, and the doorway between the living area and bedroom was very scraped with chunks of wood missing. Kitchenette handles falling off. Needs some minor TLC.
Front desk on check in was very helpful and friendly. Front desk on check out not so much. Bistro was a nice touch with good food. 1925 Pub House was fantastic! So good that we ate there twice!!

No hangers in the closet in a $300/night hotel? The remote was on the floor practically under the bed which means no one cleaned the floor, otherwise they will have seen it. The carpet was dirty in the room and really dirty and stained in the hallway. The cafe’ in the lobby was closed when we arrive at 4pm and also closed when we left at 10am…

Very clean room, had a beautiful bathroom area. Restaurant was very nice food was very good and good size quantities.

The only place I ever stay in Muncie. It’s clean, nice and the staff is friendly.

Not a lot of options to do for entertainment. Downtown hours for shops close very early and not open on Sunday or Monday. Muncie is very run down with homes that need alot of updating. There were two fights we witnessed just walking around the downtown and one at McDonald’s. Seems people that live there are struggling.

Friendly staff. It was sold out and they were going to put our rooms on different floors. But the front desk staff listened to our concerns and ended up finding us rooms on the same floor. My opinion is any reservation for 2 rooms that comes in WAY before the date should be together so they made it right. 👍

Took over an hour to check in. 0 wash cloths, 2 towels and 1 tiny bar of soap for 4 people. Had to call twice to get what we needed.

Terrible. I had 2 rooms and only one was available at check in, it took 2 hours and a change of room type for the 2nd to be ready. No hot water in either room! Housekeeping was knocking on the door to clean the room over an hour before check out. It was a complete disaster.

Nicest place I’ve stayed in Muncie. Centrally located, clean room, friendly staff.

After checking in the room someone had been laying on the bed. No towels or toilet tissue in the room. Jackets in the clothes drawer. Had to ask for everything. They never cleaned the room when asked. Finally complained to the manager and nothing was done before we left.
