It was an amazing property. We were greeted by a cute little pup in the office. Frost desk was very friendly, and helpful. We are already planning another getaway there next month!!!!

Better value for the same room as other hotels in the area. Easy check-in process and great dining options in the area. Our favorites are Cafe Italiano and Joey’s pancakes.

My niece and I came to town for a couple of days for exploring the mountains.
The front desk lady told us some great spots to visit and the recommended restaurants were really good. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Having a balcony overlooking the creek with its rippling waters was a bonus. We even took advantage of the swing and had a picnic too. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is great! We enjoyed our stay here this past weekend (9/16-9/18). Everyone was so nice and friendly and we just felt at home here. The room was very clean and bed was super comfy. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank You Carol and staff for your hospitality.

Second time staying here. Great little place for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Nice and quiet. Have a few out door seating areas and fire pits. Price is very reasonable.

Good location but the place needs updating. Not real happy with cleanliness, we had long black hairs all in the bathroom…we did not want for towels, the room was stocked well. Probably won’t stay here again, for what we paid and what we got, we can do much better!

The hotel is an older business that has been kept up and was very confrontable. The location was great and the staff was very friendly.
We will return.

Property is well kept but a little dated. Could have used a regular sitting chair to read and also help getting dressed. The furniture arrangement was a little unusual ( reverse the microfridge/microwave with the writing desk/chair maybe?

This motel was a great place to stay. Central to the hiking trails we wanted to go to. Close to restaurants and a local brewery. Rooms were clean & well kept and a good value for the busy weekend we were there.

Not what we expected, all areas outside of rooms are allowed fir smoking so each room had a bad smoke smell because of the smoke entering tge 2nd story room whenever the door was open.

This was our 1st stay in Maggie Valley. Our host at Creekside Lodge was very informative on where to eat and gave us driving tips to help get us to our destination for our reason for the stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable the staff were friendly and kind. For our next trip to the Smokies, I believe this will.be our go to place.

Room was on the second floor of the creek side of the hotel,. Very nice balcony with rocking chairs and a gentle waterfall sound. Comfortable clean room with jet tub. Staff was very nice and welcoming. No breakfast but restaurants nearby. Motorcycle tourist friendly . Would stay there again.

This little motel has all the potential in the world, but does not go the distance. It should be noted that the pool is incredible and convenient—but the heat is turned down far too low. The beds in the room are hard as bricks and uncomfortable. The rooms are nothing special with literally nothing on the walls. Why not make each room look retro or imaginative? Why not take creative pride in your place? There is no one to contact past 9pm if there is an emergency which is very unsafe. The actual Creekside is let go and the porches look dirty and unwelcoming. This motel is far too expensive for the money. Customer service was ill-trained and caused an issue at check in. They called us down to the desk only to tell us to go back and get paperwork that they just didn’t want to print out again. Very inconvenient. Sketchy people looking and sounding like they want a fight are speckled about the property. Once again, this could be a darling place if more pride were taken. We were looked at with scowling looks upon departure and it was questioned if it was because of who we were. I certainly hope not.
