The bathroom shower grout had mold
The shower drained extremely slowly with water pooling

Overall a good stay. I would stay here again, but maybe wouldn't book it for a business partner. Our room, while updated, had significant water damage stains on the wall, which were a little gross. We also found someone's leftover soap and toothpaste in the bathroom when we arrived, which was a little yucky. Not bad for one night on the road, but wouldn't want to stay for several days.

I had an awesome stay! The customer service was on point. The rooms were very clean and the beds were soooo comfortable. I will be returning soon!

I generally do not like to post reviews unless they are nice but this does need to be addressed. The hot tub jets DO NOT WORK, the pool area has not ventilation, that means the paint is peeling off the ceiling and walls. The staff was nice and when asked to replace non existing pool towels they put 5 towels out on the rack for a family of four. The Bartender though treated us very well and was attentive to our needs. Overall if you are staying for the family to use the pool as we were please place a reservation elsewhere.

The night shades were broken and i asked to get fixed because its like daylight in there at nighttime, nothing was done and did not move me to new room.

The edge of metal bar handle in the shower booth was sharp, so I got some minor injuries on top side of hand while I am showering. Everybody needs to be careful.

We had no wifi during our entire stay! The staff started calling the internet company on the second day but it still wasn’t fixed. Being a person coming from outside the country, internet is how you get around or even contact anyone. It was horrible. Had we not known anyone in the city, we would have been stranded in the hotel. I missed a lot of email, couldn’t do any work until I went home. They were not even apologetic, they said it was out of their hands. No refund was offered, we only got breakfast vouchers for our last day, as if that would help. Very disappointing stay.

It was centrally located by the places I needed to go to.

We stayed there for 3 days and no one cleaned our room- ever. There was construction in the lobby area. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

They didnt have a large selection of drinks on the bar.. So I had 2 go to 7-11
It wasn't a great food selection either..
So I placed an online order to go get me food for the night

Unique and did NOT like if you stayed more than one night your room was not made up no fresh towels. I expect my room at any price to at least give me fresh towels, replace toiletry items and make up the bed.

Simply put, this place is a DUMP! Do not stay here if you can avoid it. From your first step in the door the place is disgusting. There are dead flowers and weeds all over the front and the outside seating area which we tried to use one night has furniture with absolutely shredded cushions. The room was not acceptable at all. There was piece of a Covid test on one of the night stands, spots on the sheets, and just felt really filthy. On top of all of that the staff was very rude and not accommodating at all. The only positive thing about this place is the location- close to I75, Somerset, and multiple restaurants, but there are a lot of other hotels in the area so do yourself a favor and stay at one of those!

My room had a beautiful view of the city but there were no end tables by the bed 🛌 very inconvenient when relaxing the jacuzzi jets were inoperable my first day there so I didn’t get a chance to enjoy that part of my stay which I was looking forward to but other than that I would come to and stay again I would make sure my room has end tables

Initial room did not have a remote to open the blinds. When the front desk was notified, they tried to reach me to use manual blinds until they realized that the rooms had electrically powered blinds. Front desk had to change rooms for us for this reason. When given our room, there were used food bowls under the bed and ~.5” of dust. Drain in tub was clogged. Blood/fecal matter stained on carpet. Never staying in a Hilton again.

Great alternative if you are traveling to Detroit. Its location is conveniently off both exit ramps on I-75.

Clean newly built hotel in a beautiful downtown area with a lot of great options in walking distance! I don’t leave reviews but I simply had to share the great experience.

I was confused! In Texas I received Free Continental Breakfast! Here I did not! But I found our stay great!

Room was in shambles. Huge rip in the drywall at the ceiling by the window, window curtains were broken and would not roll up, door safety latch was loose, had to slam door to close properly, and bathroom floor wasn’t swept. The receptionist wasn’t very inviting. I’ll never come back.

The pool was not open. The blinds in the room did not work due to them being broken.

Nice looking property, but can stand some improvement. The walls in the room were filthy. The shower would not drain properly. The water built up so quickly that I thought it would flow onto the floor. I literally had to turn the water off and on every 2 minutes! Of course there was no maintenance available to resolve the problem. There was an odd smell in the hotel. It almost smells like stinky feet. The front desk was not very personable.

Location was good since it was close to the Somerset Collections Mall. However, washroom door ledges were dirty and full of hair. Washroom walls weee not cleaned and looks like there were nose deposits all over. Empty shampoo bottles and close to empty tissue box. For $200cdn/ night it was was average.

Very pleased with our stay. Was impressed with the staff that went out of her way to make sure I received a fresh cup of coffee on our way out. Sorry didn’t get her name but she worked Sat April 15. She was so very pleasant
