The location is good. Being a budget hotel we can’t expect a lot of amenities. The checkout was a little bit hostile, even though I informed the person at the reception (with the ‘Security’ tag) that I will need some additional time (about 10 - 15 min) as I was expecting a food delivery. The cleaning crew was knocking on the door every 3 - 4 minutes asking me to leave the room immediately

The hotel was more basic than I have stayed at other Ibis Budget. Staff were friendly. Only one lift was working at the time so long waits to get up and down. Felt quite rundown.

We arrived at night and they did not have a reservation for us, and Expedia was nowhere to find. The evening desk person told us to get to another hotel ??!
Then the rooms are the size of a bathroom.
The only 2 elevators broke down for hours and our 2 handicap people in our group had to walk 7 floors up, and the hotel staff? Did not care.
Expedia very unhelpful, will not use them ever again.

When I got to the room the door code did not work, also they do not give key cards. When it didn’t work they made security come up to let me in with his own code but would not give me one so I was stuck in my room the entire time lest I get locked out again. Once in the room I found multiple bugs that I had to kill and a room that smelled of smoke.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and it was very close to the train station.
All the staff were friendly and helpful, I sure will stay here again when I visit next time.

1. The info Expedia sent said I could check in at 12pm, whereas the hotel rules say 15h00 is the earliest time. Our travel plans were made based on the information you had given us, so this was inconvenient.
2. The amount Expedia debited me was 41.14 euros more than the actual invoice I was given by the hotel. How do you account for this?
3. I requested 2 x Chambres Triples in my booking, (paid for in Dec 22). I requested adjoining rooms. The manager didn't listen to a word I said, and make repeated mistakes when calculating the daily tax. I was then given 1 room with 2 single beds, and 1 room with a double and a single bed. When I complained, the manager was extremely aggressive, and rude. He could not have been more unhelpful. I was left shaken by how obnoxious he was.
4. The lifts did not work properly.
5. I had no hot water in my room on the first day.
6. Finally, I purchased 4 small instant coffees from the vending machine in reception, and have been charged 40 euros for them. There was no price marked, but I expected the prices to be between 1-2 euros per cup, as is usual, even in Paris. But 40 euros? What kind of establishment is it that cheats their guests in such a way?
I am very unhappy with my whole experience, and given the difference in price, would not use Expedia again. - Your claim that you are cheaper than booking with the hotel directly is manifestly untrue.

Room had recently been redecorated, so was fresh & clean, decent size. Just needed a bin & extra pillows as only provided 1 pillow each & was thin, did request extra but not allowed. If you like more than 1 towel or a large towel, recommend taking your own.
Location near a metro station approx 5 minute walk, that will get you closer to the centre of Paris.
To help do Paris on a budget this hotel helped, it's cheap, clean & located next to a metro.

Reception was not welcoming at all. Arrived around midnight and the whole street was full of gangs of people hanging around. Didn’t feel safe at all, room was basic as seen but it was uncomfortable, damp and the toilet was horrible.

Overall the Hotel was terrible. They don't keep enough towels(Atleast 1 per person) in the room. Toilet flush wasn't working properly. Lift was good break for coffee as it was taking so much time and hiccups. I have stayed in Ibis in Paris & Zurich. Both the experiences were not at all good. I do not recommend anyone to stay over here.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Room was filthy. Bathroom was worse. Noise all night. Felt extremely unsafe in this hotel. Smell in the corridors was horrendous. Really disappointed with ibis.

Booked this hotel for myself and teenage daughters, 4 nights. The location was hidous. Lots of undesireables in the area. Its not particulary safe, the 200yards from the metro to the hotel was not a good experience. The smell in the hotel is horrendous. The carpets are sticky, wornout and ingrained with dirt. It also appears like there are people who stay there long term. Almost like homeless people who are being housed there. This was THE worst experience of my life

The room was very rundown and dirty. While the towels and sheets had been cleaned, there were hairs attached to them. The bunk bed in the room wasnt made up on arrival.
Overall it was disgusting.

I would say increase your budget a bit and choose other hotel. Room is very small. Does not have even chair, table, water glass or plate. Room only has bed which is of queen size. Elevator was not working. Room was on 6th floor. Quite far from city center. Staff is not helpful. Very disappointed with my decision to choose this hotel while booking.

Out of 2 lifts, only one was working and between 7 am and 10 am it was a nightmare trying to get into the lift from the 2nd floor, I went down using the stairs but my wife stayed upstairs due to a back injury. The Hotel Manager explained that guests abused the maximum permitted weight on lifts. Do you blame them if only one lift was working? I have stayed at other IBIS hotels and they were far better than this one.

ProsRoom in the 7th floor with a nice City view.Window can be opened.A/C was very effective.Internet Super! Much better than other 4 & 5 star hotels.Hotel reception guy very friendly and helpful.ConsCleanliness was good but shower gel dispenser was almost empty and was never topped up during the 3 nights stay.Maintenance is needed in the shower.Main window curtain had some holes and doesnt look appealing.Hotel location was okay to access Le Bourget. Forget about going out in the evening as it is not a safe area due to many men around the area in bars especially for single women. I noticed that some were harrasing women.Breakfast costs €6.60 a day and in my opinion its of inferior quality as many stated its a bedget hotel and no plates are provided but trays. I decided not to have it.

My Stay was ok but they should have a kettle inside the room for coffees

No Refrigerator. No toothpaste and brush. Towels were not adequate for 3 adults. Rude behaviour at the Restaurant (Morning B/F).Wifi was good.Does not have provision for Lunch and Dinner. Online food was difficult to get as the suppliers said that they do not deliver at that area.
