Poor value for the money I paid, very darkly painted, old dingy bulbs and the room was in need of maintenance.

The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable.

The room we hit at this motel was disgusting.. paint was peeling off the walls - the curtain would not full close - leaving about as 6” opening to the outside parking area - the shower tub enclosure was broken and water poured out to the back wall leaving the chalking around the tub loose water seeping out onto the wall area and black mold forming around the tub area . The TV did not work with the remote - ex: on/off - volume - channel changing . Towel racks torn off the wall , no place to hang a towel . Advise not to seek a room at this Motel.

Needs updated.No staff at front desk in the morning.

Effie is wonderful and always makes our stay enjoyable. We have been staying here for years. The property is in dire need of updating, new bedding and fixtures would go along way.

It was cozy and close to the hot springs

The Hotel is a nice place. Only issue was parking, there is not enough, even street parking was a no go. Ended up parking in the Hot springs parking lot next door. Lucky they did not tow me, as I did not see the tow away sign until the next morning.

Found Black Bugs in the bed.

there was a couple of people intoxicated and made some noice ,they knock on my door once , and i did not get areciept other then that every thing was good thakyou...

Good motel for a getaway trip to the hot pools. Right across the street. Outdated but clean

It was a very cozy and pleasant experience. It was close to the hot springs which is a plus. Will come again

Very run down for the price. Even though the room said pet friendly when booking, when we got there they forced us to upgrade because they had given our pet friendly room away. We had to pay upgrade fee and pet fee.

It was very outdated. Only 2 outlets in the entire room, one is in the light fixture in the bathroom light. TV, fridge, coffee maker and an air freshener were plugged into the other outlet. Remote batteries were dead. Jets in the tub did not work, bottom of door was beat up and all the cold air came in, furniture scratched and beat up. For $175 a night, I would have expected a little more.

I love this motels proximity to the hot springs and the king bed is always nice. That being said, this motel feels pretty cheap. The walls are thin, the bathroom fan, heater remote, and nightstand light did not work. We had to clip the curtains together to get them to stay closed all the way. Also, the toilet seat was way smaller than the toilet despite it appearing like they just redid their bathroom. Overall I thought it was a good location and a decent stay for a motel, but not worth the price for what you get. Maybe stay at a more updated location for this price point.

Great room, clean, soft bed, kind service @ the front desk, really enjoyed my stay.

The bed was very comfortable. It was older and run down. Could use some work New carpet, or even better flooring.. and paint. The worst part was not enough parking. We arrived late in the evening and had to park up the street in a dark parking lot. I guess you get what you pay for!

Expedia said it was a long bed and it wasn’t. Also it was noisy we could hear neighbors patting all night and other things?? Drunk people hanging out front.

Toilet was running when I got to the room. The flap in the tank had been repaired with a paper clip. I had to put a glass of water on the flap for the tank to fill. I reported it to the front desk but no one fixed it

Room was clean and neat. Perfect for 2. My only issue was going back to the hotel after visiting the hot springs and I wanted to take a shower. While i was in the shower the water turned ice cold after 5 minutes of being on , in the middle of my hair and body filled with soap. Very annoying!

TV didn't work, let the front desk know, worker rigged the TV only to have the remote not work. Entire property needs remodeling.

This motel definitely need a bib and I mean big makeover. I will never stay in this motel again.

The motel room was clean with fresh towels and clean bedding. Overall, the motel needs to be updated. Was kind of disappointed at first, but it worked out well.

From the moment I arrived the staff were friendly and happy to assist. The following day I had a problem with my hire car, the lady on the desk was more than helpful and went out of her way to assisted me to resolve the issue. Room was comfortable, great location within the town with free onsite parking & wi-fi.

Always love this place. Great location management is always very nice and on top of any concerns you may have.

It was right across the street from the hot pools and garden.

Walking distance to the entire small town, including tubing rentals and the public hot springs. No private outdoor areas such as a covered porch or balcony outside room. Generous with extras like towels and ice, but staff must retrieve both for you. A good place if you're just looking for a place to sleep; the furniture is old, tubs are pretty bad looking. The office is sometimes open with coffee in the morning, but sometimes not. It depends upon staffing. Great hiking path behind the facility next to the RV area, but there are "KEEP OUT" and No Trespassing signs, so not sure if guests are really welcome or who actually owns the trail. Would be good to find out before walking, but the trail is great because it leads to a rope down to a couple free hot springs.

Want coffee in the morning in the room !! It's a quiet place to sleep. The jet tube was nice and relaxing.

The 1st room was ok until we tried the jetted tub, which didn't work. We were undressed and filling the tub but the jets didn't work. I called the desk clerk and got dressed and she came and tried to get it to work, but it didn't so we had to change rooms, but tried the jetted tub there and it worked. The next morning I tried 3 times to get in the office for coffee but it was locked and not available, so we skipped morning coffee. The room was clean and suitable.

Really nice and helpful guy at desk. Room is clean but a bit worn. Cigarette butts all over drive and in front of door a big downer. Fantastic location across from springs.
