Other television in our room wouldn’t work. There was an issue with the Direct TV connection. We were without television for our stay.

Nice property but not enough towels, pillows and toiletries. They were replenished but needed to ask.

Best Laquinta we have stayed out in a long time, we would absolutely come back again

I have stayed at this location twice and the last month. The executive King room is definitely much nicer than the standard King. If your room is on the back side of the building, it is very quiet. If you are on the front side, there is a lot of road noise. This location is right off I-395 and is very convenient to the casinos. The front desk clerk that is working during check-in time is very friendly and happy to help. I had an issue with my TV and she came to my room and resolved it very quickly. This location is pet friendly, which is nice and the rooms are modern. I will definitely be staying here again.

Pool was clean and well circulated and had longer hours than most other places and that was appreciated.

I liked that it was quiet .I wish the rooms smelled a little better.Maybe that the decor in the room could be a little more Merry, a more cheerful color .

for the amount of power outages there were the staff handled the over load of check ins amazing.

Staff are friendly and very helpful, its clean and will stay again. This was our first time at LaQuinta and the experience was very good.

Hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, wish there was yogurt. Pool was ok, slightly warm. Some of the hallways smelled of pot, but that is hard to control in a state that it is legal.

Chose this because of the pool and pets allowed. Pool was broken and no pets allowed. There as garbage left in dresser drawers and cabinet full of empty soda cans. Pull out couch was stained disgusting my son refused to sleep on it

The staff was great. We stayed near Halloween and they put up some festive decorations, which we loved. Our room was clean overall.. but the walls had poorly finished patch jobs in numerous spots and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The shower was fine, but the shower walls need a better cleaning. The ice machines didn't work.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The check-in person gave us 2 rooms together. I left my iPad behind and Jasmin quickly retrieved it so I could turn around and pick it up. Thank you

Nice room, clean, comfortable bed, quiet. Entry card stopped working had to go back down to desk to reactivate. Hot water ceased right in the middle of my shower, had to rinse in cold water. Then as I have shaving cream all over my face the water stopped altogether. I'm trying to get ready for my daughter's wedding! I'm in the hallway with a towel wrapped around me and shave cream all on my face in a panic looking for someone to find out what is going on (no one picked up when I tried calling). Found a housekeeper who was nice and went down to find out what's going on. Found out there was some kind of water emergency problem and the water had to be shut off. They turned the water back on for just 1/2 hour, enough time for me to finish shaving, brush my teeth, etc.

Outdated hotel but it was expected for the price but I didn't expect the condescending front desk lady woman that was there friday morning and didnt believed when I told her the milk was expired, then I requested my sheets change and said not until tomorrow cause Housekeeping is already schedule I agreed and ask at least to have clean towels, well, didn't get clean towers or my room clean the next day, so she was just lying to my face. The rest of the staff was very friendly one helped me print my boarding passes but unfortunately I didn't interact with them that much. Oh and the pool is cold. Beds are comfortable.

The staff were super nice and accommodating. Especially Miss Bethany who helped us with a late check-in and extra towels. Free breakfast included the coveted waffle maker, as well as scrambled eggs and sausage. Able to toast bread or bagel, cereal and milk, apples. Didnt try the coffee, but rhey had that and hot water for tea and hot cocoa. The beds were comfortable, sheets clean and room smelled nice upon entering. AC and heat worked well. Nice full length mirrors and clean bathroom. Now unfortunately the walls were thin and we could hear then person next to us snoring through the wall. Also heard traffic quite loudly too. The indoor pool was mostly clean, however, the heater was broken and super chilly. There were plenty of chairs/tables around the pool, and they could all use a new layer of paint as they look old and worn. Ran out of hot water 2/3 of the way through my shower, so if you have more than one person needing a shower in your room, you'd better be quick and leave some time between bathers. It was decent place to stay for a night to break up a long drive home and was happy with the clean bed linens!

I can not say enough about Priscilla! She was so nice and actually cared the day we had in getting there. When we finally walked in at 6am after a day of hell traveling she greeted us and fed us breakfast early. I could not feel any more hummble at that moment in time. The plane had caught on fire and the rental car company gave my loaner away even after phone conversations. But Priscilla made sure we still kept our room. I could not thank her enough. If I ever come this way again I will definaly stay here!

The property needs some work in that things are showing wear. The pool heater wasn't working and the pool area was dim and uninviting. (We booked the hotel because we wanted a pool and just a decent place close to where needed to be )A picture by the elevator on my floor was missing and the brackets were left and were a genuine hazard. The staff were fine and it wasn't a bad hotel, it just needs money spent to keep things up. Having a cold pool in a dark pool room wasn't inviting .

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night after going to the Ren faire in Lebanon (it was about 30 minutes away). Overall the hotel was comfortable and clean. There was some cosmetic damage to stuff like doors that could do with some attention eventually but nothing that impacted my stay. Breakfast was pretty average but I’m not one to complain about a free meal. However, the bed was comfy and the shower was great. Will probably stay here again next year.

Pool and Ice Machines were not functioning. Mold in bathroom. Room was not sufficiently cleaned, as evidence by thick layers of dust on furniture. Repeatedly asked for towels and pillows, and were told there were none available. Overnight agent eventually had to take them from an empty room. Front desk agent during day was unresponsive and hung at desk with a cigarette.
