I tried to cancel 5 times with you people, was told 4 different times a manager would call me back, and never received any call. I didnt even show up and you send me a survey. You are all either incompetent or just lazy. Especially Dawn

Easy and fast check-in. The outdoor hot tub was a pleasant surprise.
Check-in pointers for both what time lots fill, and shuttle stops would have been very helpful.
But overall nice.

The Snow Cap was very close to Sunday River ski resort.

Never seen cookies in 2 days.

Website should have been upgraded to inform visitors that the Hot Tub was not available.
Also, breakfast should be offered by 7:00a.
Great blueberry muffins.

We stayed at snow cap second year on the row, and will do it again. Simply comfortable, clean and friendly. Easy shuttle access to the ski area, and local dining.

Our stay was great! I knew the Inn was close to the resort but was surprised to find it was only a 3 minute drive after our day of riding. Upon check in the lobby smelled like cookies as Brad the front desk clerk had just put some out. He was very nice giving us some recommendations for dinner since the bar we had planned on watching the Super Bowl at was closed unexpectedly.
The room was clean and exactly what we were looking for, providing a simple place with comfortable beds for us to crash between ski days. Would definitely stay again!

Inexpensive and convenient located across from Sunday River.

The bathroom in our room was very dirty, hair on the floor, mold all over the ceiling, the walls had yucky splash marks of who knows what and worst of all someones underwear hanging in the shower. I do not write reviews but they really need to clean up the place.

Very close to the base lodges which made it easy to get around.
Lobby was a nice place to hang out and socialize for the evening.

We will stay here again. Great set up for skiers. Bus picked us up and in 5 min we were at the Mountain. Rooms were not lux, but the beds and bedding were super comfy, and the room perfectly set up for skiers. Everything we needed. the Owners and managers were terrific, helpful and patient. Going back soon.

The outdoor hot tub was surrounded by security gates, not appealing.
I was told that fresh blueberry muffins would be available in the lobby, there were none and the next day's employee knew nothing about them. I was forced to have a very expensive breakfast at Sunday River.
The shuttle was nice, but not all drivers were very friendly.
The lobby was beautiful.

The good: super friendly staff, beautiful new hot tub, comfortable beds, warm blueberry muffins at breakfast time, very close to the ski slopes. The bad: paper-thin walls mean you will DEFINITELY hear your neighbors, and if they have loud voices it will feel like they are actually in your room. The whole building shakes when you close a room door! The tiniest bathrooms I've ever seen. No dedicated towels for the hot tub, so you get your room towels all stinky with the chemical scent. No elevator that we saw, so luggage is a bit of a pain. Our stay here was fine, and by far the most affordable stay on-property at Sunday River. But we were there in the early season when the Inn was mostly empty. I would not stay here at peak season, or on a weekend, for sure, because of the noise.

Clean, comfortable, basic lodging. Just minutes away from the slopes.

Room was clean and equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The lobby had fresh muffins in the morning and warm cookies in the afternoon when you returned from skiing- nice touch.

Exceeded expectations! At check-in, we were greeted with warm Chocolate Chip Cookies. (btw; they put the cookies out every day at 5 pm). Every morning before heading to the slopes, there were complimentary fresh Blueberry Muffins and coffee waiting for us.
We stayed in a non-smoking room. The beds and linens were very comfortable. (linens appear to be of the same high quality as the Jordan & Summit hotels). Amenities included a Mini-fridge and a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary K-cups. (no hairdryer so be sure to pack one).
There are two lounge areas with fireplaces, couches, chairs & card tables. These areas were great to mingle with other guests, play cards, and share stories. The downstairs lounge has another Keurig machine stocked with complimentary coffee (K-Cups). Also a microwave.(bring your own microwave popcorn).
Don't forget to pack a swimsuit because there's an outdoor Jacuzzi (Hot-tub) to soak in and sip a glass of wine after a day on the slopes. (the Jucuzzi closes at 10pm).
The resort has a shuttle that runs every 1/2 hour. You can boot up in your room and have the shuttle drop you off steps from the lifts.

The inn is dated. Tube TV's in the rooms. Lobby needs renovation. The entire inn needs updating, however the rooms were clean, decent size, parking convenient and close to Sunday River ski area. Price was very reasonable. I would stay there again.

It was very close to the ski area and everything else going on, around the Mt. Good parking and drop off area. Ski storage locker. Didn't get to the hot tub, too many kids.
