Our stay was very nice, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. But the pull out sofa bed was not at all comfortable.
We received clean towels and plastic trash bags as we requested.

We stumbled upon this hotel, and we needed to stop due to bad road conditions from the storm that came through. It turned out to be a great place to stay.

It was fine for an overnight stay. The AC couldn’t be turned down lower than 68 degrees which was a bummer. The front desk person was very nice about offering a later check out if needed since we were tired travelers.

Front desk personnel made this stay stand out. Overly friendly, anticipating needs, and seemingly actually wanted to be there. Service like this seems hard to find but they've got it figured out. From check in to check out the staff make this a great place

Hotel was very dirty and shower door was broken and shower handle to turn water on was not attached to wall and no water. Very disappointed in this being a Hampton def not representing the rest of the chains that I’ve stayed in!

It was terrible because the bed was hard as a rock plus it cost way more than what it said at first. There was no hottub either.

There was an awful sewer smell in our room. We had to sit in the lobby from 6 am until check out. When asking the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything about it we had to contact Expedia since we booked through them. Very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room had a few not so great things - the outlets in the bathroom did not work, nor did the light above the shower, and the tub was not super clean. There were exposed outlets in the room which was concerning as we have young children. We tried to use the indoor pool and the chlorine was so strong it burned our eyes and the pool water was freezing. The tv in our room stopped working and we asked the staff about it and they didn’t know how to fix it either. The room served its purpose but for the price we paid for a two night stay the overall quality of amenities and property were extremely disappointing.

Arrived @ 10pm and had to navigate a maze of parked semis to get to parking lot/hotel. Got our assigned room only to discover wet carpet. Apparently recently shampooed but not properly dried. Poor water pressure in shower and limited breakfast offerings. Not a horrible experience but glad our stay was short.

I liked most everything about our stay here. Room was good sized and it had a walk-in shower. Beds were comfortable. Road noise from the freeway is noticeable but we bring a sound machine at night so it did not keep us up. I'm not sure how full the motel was but we didn't hear any other guests through our walls or down the hallway.
Didn't care for the breakfast. I like real meat, not turkey sausages. I'd rather have pork sausages or bacon. Bacon was not an option for either of the two mornings. The Sunday morning Omelet didn't look appetizing at all.
But Check-in and Check-out was a breeze and overall a very nice and quiet motel.

Everything at the hotel was good. Staff excellent, esp. Brian.
HOWEVER, we were tricked into paying for an extra night's stay! One hour away from the hotel we booked through Google/maps, Hotels.com & Hampton Inn. I think it was Google maps that started the booking by pre-filling in the dates with an arbitrary future date. My friend didn't see this and so when we got to the hotel we had no reservation for this night, except we were surprised to find out we did have one for a few days into the future. And of course it was "Non-refundable" We couldn't even cancel 1 hour after making the misleading reservation.
I can think of no legitimate reason to pre-fill in reservation dates with future dates, that are based on who knows what.
And, with the non-refundable option of course we were screwed.
Yes, perhaps we should have noticed the Google/Hotels.com/Hampton booking error, but we should not be responsible for finding and correcting their mistake (or intention) of booking us not for the current night but some night a few days into the future.
Fraudulent. Corruption - because it looks to be intentional.

I checked in very late at night and left early the next morning, so my comments are based on a very short time at the hotel. However the bathroom in my room had a noticeable scent of something sewage-esque. I could also still smell it to some extent outside the bathroom, although it was a lot less noticeable and wasn’t an issue if I stayed on the bed furthest from the bathroom. I did not get a chance to mention this to management on my brief overnight stay, and to be fair it could have been a fleeting problem for that room. However I want to call it out so management is aware of the situation.
Positive notes: Friendly staff, convenient areas for taking dogs out for walks right outside of building

My husband and I have stayed here twice and we'll stay again!! The location is great. Its quiet and there's ample parking. The staff is very friendly. The rooms, as well as the entire hotel are very clean. Great breakfast too!!

Bed comforter way to heavy and hot, remove it and to cold. Should have extra blankets in room to adjust.

I like the location! Rooms were nice and clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They were very busy at breakfast time. The poor staff went as fast as they could. I would suggest more tables in the breakfast area and not enough handicap parking!!
