We traveled in the off season, The check-in address provided by Hotels.com was for summer travel. We called and were redirected to the correct check in location. The lodge is an older building and showing signs of wear though it is very clean and well maintained. We stayed one night as it was an overnight shopping trip. We will certainly go again for the convenience to our destination.

The manager was very nice and helpful and the rooms are older but are in very nice shape!

Wonderful location, but the hotel is in need of updates.

The 80's called and want their hotel back. That was the first thing i thought when i walked in. I really had high hopes but quickly disappointed. The room was veey clean but outdated. The mattress was old and uncomfortable and so were the sheets. I didnt sleep well at all. I definitely wont ever stay again nor would i recommend it.

Hard to find. Bad directions. Property is very old and outdated. For a quick overnight while passing through it did the job but I can’t say I would recommend it..

Property was very old and needed updating. Our room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned and was covered in dust. For $200 a night I expected to not have to dust and take care of my own towels.

The room was filthy, with bugs everywhere. We found bugs in the bed and tried to call the front desk, but the night guard never answered and then automatic menu on the phone eventually directed us only to voicemail.

This place was worse than a drive up motel in a 3rd world country. It’s also $200 a night

Quaint place, quiet with plenty of things to do, nice for a quick getaway..

So much history at and around this hotel that I hope they are able to continue.

Thought the pool might still be open but alas. Planned on enjoying a 'resort' experience but we were put up in the Lodge which was like an old dormitory from the past including a hallway/runway of fluroscent lights and a bathroom from the 1950s. It was very quiet (hardly anyone there in early Oct.?) and the bed was very comfortable. Thought breakfast was included but had to pay for a breakfast sandwich up in the main building. Not even a peep-hole on the door to the room, no water bottles or access to movies to watch. Was probably splendid back in the day but....

Lovely spot. I was there for a wedding and it was so nice

The Lodge was convenient to our house which had been flooded.
We were in the end unit which was closest to Rte 26 and very noisy with traffic.

Beautiful expansive grounds, staff generously accomodated us with a room change due to illness. Scrupulously clean. Extensive breakfast buffet. Quiet.

ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST BUFFET. THE SCENERY IS BREATHTAKING. DIDN'T THINK THE POSITIONING OF THE SOAP DISPENSERS IN THE SHOWERS WERE THE BEST AND WERE IN MY WAY.

Poland springs resort is great. Very relaxing with beautiful views. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Our room was among the cleanest rooms I've stayed in. Service was amazing. The hotel is historic, so if you're looking for modern, this may not be the place for you. We ran into a number of guests who come back each year. I can see why - the grounds are beautiful and you don't have to leave the resort.

Great place to unwind and relax. I love all the amenities. Will be back.

It is one of the grand old resorts. It hold true to the owner’s vision of keep luxury affordable.

The place was very clean and the staff very friendly

It was a nice resort, but outdated..No phones in room, no elevators, parking was
extremely inconvenient, and no ice machine..A musty odor throughout the 3rd floor.
The grounds and pool are well kept..Golf is definitely the main attraction..

The hotel feels very dated, and the “pub” and “diner” have no ambiance at all.

The golf was great. Walter the starter was the best! Buffet breakfast was so so.

Property is older but VERY WELL maintained. The staff was super friendly. My room was clean and just the right size. Communication about services offered was spot on. Will stay here again, for sure!

Rooms were pricy for being very outdated, but the history of the property is very well shown.

Like going back on time. Needs some updating. Peopke walking above was very loud. Nice hotel but could use some TLc

We did not realize when we booked that we were on the 3rd floor with no elevator and we had to lug up 11 month old twins and our other kid plus all our crap. The hall smelled like pot and the air conditioning in the room was just a window unit that barely worked. The air was musty and and the sheets had an order to them.
All and all we won’t be back

This Resort could provide water in the fridge in summer and a coffee maker in the winter

They didnt have any issues with dogs staying. The charge wasnt extremely high either. Property was extremely nice.

The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out was easy. The Presidential Inn was nicely decorated but obviously old. The bed was comfortable. Did not buy a food voucher for breakfast but that was not an issue. Very surprised at the room rate for midsummer and a weekend, very reasonable compared to other motels in the area. I would come back again, but I would bring a USB cable and plug in for outlet.

i checked in at 3pm. I was given a room at the Pesidential Building. This is 1/4 mile away from the primary recotion area. The handicap is down hill and 100 yards from the front door. When i arrived at my room , housekeeping had never been there. The furnishing are also very shabby. I tried to call the front desk, nobody answers the phone, it goes to voice mail. I left this "resort" and went to another hotel.Beautiful grounds, Shabby rooms.

I cycled to the resort. It was hot and the first thing that the wonderful woman at reception provided was two cold bottles of Poland spring water! That’s just what I needed! The resort is beautiful, quit and peaceful. I loved the history!
