Very new property and behind the Outlet mall. Very modern and solid quality. Room 418 had a mountain view. The room layout was perfect for a long-term stay. Plenty desk space and Plenty of storage. The room is immaculate. Clever 48” Smart TV that turned 120 degrees for any views in the room. The pillows and sheet were comfortable. The mattress was not high quality as the rest of the room. But it would not stop me from returning. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. Breakfast was very basic, but the cleanliness and the services paid off. I stayed in Holiday Garden Inn next door few years back. Unless HIG remodeled the interior furniture, the Resident Inn is 10 times more modern with smart designs but shared equivalent room fees.

I chose this hotel for my Las Vegas stay because I didn’t want to be directly on the strip. It also had a full kitchen which is very important for my family. One of my kids is extremely picky and it’s difficult finding food for them to eat. I wanted everyone to feel like they were still at home while we were on vacation. Everything is provided for you from dish washing soap to pots. But I ended up not having to cook because the complimentary breakfast was good and everyone liked the food but I did stock up the fridge with groceries from the local supermarket. The property was clean and well-maintained. All the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. The hotel is also conveniently located and it’s about 15-20 mins from the strip, and directly next to Las Vegas South Premium Outlets so if you want to shop you can. There’s also plenty of parking and it felt safe. (Please note, if you book through Expedia expect to pay $10 a night for parking though Expedia advertises it’s free parking.) I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay somewhere that’s off the strip.

Mostly clean until I dropped my watch and had to move the table between the beds and it was filthy . Also, behind headboard and mattress was also disgusting dirty .

The lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked to be taken care of. Expedia was wrong about the parking being included. It was a $10 charge for overnight parking. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Hotel was clean and tidy and has a helpful shuttle service to airport or strip. Room was large and equipped with more than we needed, however, the AC was intolerably loud.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The property is close to the rental car return. It was quiet and the room large. But best if all, I never saw a drunk while there! No slot machines either. Fabulous! Like being in Vegas without being in Vegas.

Excellent, basic, no frills hotel. I chose it for a business stay instead of staying on the strip. You save walking miles to your room, daily breakfast (included here), and the resort fee (these guys don't charge it). Excellent value for money.

Beautiful, comfortable property near the car rental return and airport. Worked perfectly for us on our last night in Las Vegas before a morning flight and after a National Park road trip. Was nice to be away from the strip. Would definitely stay again.

Almost $250 night stay here for a room that was old and tired and musty. The nice Interior room pics on hotel website look very misleading based on our experience. The front desk staff was pleasant.

I was attending two conventions in Las Vegas over the span of three weeks. I was looking for a place where I could cook my own food and leave my suitcases between the two conventions. Kitchen is well equipped with pans and huge fridge and I could leave my 5 suitcases while doing a short trip to another city. Hotel staff is always on top of everything to help you out, whether you forgot your toothpaste or need help shipping packaging to UPS, or ensure you get fresh coffee. There have free coffee refills and a small food store at the entrance. The pool is cozy and the gym is well equipped. There is a free shuttle that takes you or picks you up from the airport. All staff is attentive, engaging and courteous. As a woman solo business traveller, jetlagged and juggling 10000 things, I felt extremely comfortable, and safe. Thank you to all, you are the pros.

We stayed 5 nights and the room was fantastic. Wish the air conditioning was cooler but we ran out and purchased a fan. The pool area is fantastic! Loved being close to outlet mall and a short ride to the strip and rental car facility.

Shuttle services insructions at front desk were provided incorrectly. We waited at the wrong location for an hour. Decided to pay an Uber. Staff in the hotels needs to be more collaborative and explain better, and if they a mistake at least apologize. Hotel site must have a clear map of Where the shuttle pick their guests at airport arrivals.

This is the BEST place we have stayed at! Even better than the over priced places and five star hotels! The staff is helpful, and friendly! The property is beautiful and Leah was absolutely the best.
