Lovely hotel. Very clean. Room really nice and clean. Staff very friendly welcoming and attentive. Only down side was breakfast Staff were great everything was clean however not a massive choice. No fried eggs and sausages were hard to cut and bacon was like cardboard. Too over cooked.

Recently stayed at this hotel and we were really impressed. The decor in the reception area was beautiful, the staff were lovely too. Our room was a decent size with modern looking fixtures and fittings. The hotel was spotless and we were really impressed overall. Would definetly return.

Great Hotel although breakfast wasn't very nice, pretty poor for a Hitlon i'd say but thats my opinion.

Staff were friendly and helpful and overall the property was clean. However, the beds were uncomfortable and felt like they needed new mattresses. Strange room shape made it harder to use the room, and being situated by a night club on a Saturday night meant the room was noisier than we would have liked.

Bathroom was dirty including hairs. One day the room wasn't cleaned so no new towels or toilet room. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast not great. Staff excellent and friendly. We have used this hotel a lot but seems to have gone downhill and we won't be back. Felt sorry for the many refugees who spent Christmas at the hotel ... i hope they find more suitable accommodation soon.

Stayed 2 nights, lovely hotel staff are very friendly 👌 Only thing that wasn't happy with was in the morning we were leaving was the cleaning staff wher knocking on door at 9.30 felt very rushed as check out time was noon.

Sentral location, good sized room, breakfast included. We did miss some vegetable options for breakfast, e.g tomatoes, peppers and cucumber slices would be nice. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Had a Queen accessible with wet room. All facilities in room good, but no room service! Room was in middle of corridor between 2 lifts. No handrail on wall, or any seat available to have a rest - important for guests with mobility issues. Dining options very limited - only 6 main course options (3 vegan) and 3 desserts. I am Coeliac and require a gluten free diet. Best option for me was jacket potato with tuna mayonnaise - good, but would have preferred more choice. Likewise, I had been advised plenty gluten free options for breakfast. Not the case - no cereal or porridge, and only 2 items gf if you want a cooked breakfast. However, tinned fruit and yoghurt, toast and ham and cheese available. No boiled eggs!

Comfortable, nice stay, excellent staff. The breakfast was disappointing however, no fried eggs, mushrooms or black pudding on offer, the scrambled eggs were watery, anaemic and tasteless, even 1 hour after opening the bacon was rubbery, croissants were the only highlight.

The breakfast buffet is an experience not to be missed, ie the pancake making. The staff do a really meticulous job of upkeeping the room too.

The location is just perfect for getting around the City, visiting the attractions and waterfront. No issues with noise even though there was a live concert across the road. The room was great, comfortable and temperature just right. Staff were fantastic and genuinely interested in guests. Also you'll never go hungry as there are great filling snacks options 24/7. Thank you so much Hampton Hilton. Hope to see you again on my next trip - 10 years from now!

Staff were friendly. Room was clean & nice. Bar for drinks was poor with dirty tables. Had to ask for table to be wiped. Apparently no gin glasses. Served in water glass? Breakfast room was chaotic. Poor for Hilton.

The hotel is off a very busy roundabout. It is between a nightclub and a casino. Very limited parking and the alternative parking is a while away. Our queen rooms were very small. One was alike a corridor. It was odd. The pictures online looked way different to what we got. We paid £150 a room a night. It was not worth any more than £80. In the corridor room, the toilet wouldn’t stop flushing and the staff advised to “bang it”. The lady at reception during check in was lovely, however.

The chairs and carpets in the room are dirty. The fixture going old and needs more maintenance. The shower was slow. Breakfast same everyday. I may try another hotel if I go Dundee.

All staff were friendly, but breakfast staff were especially welcoming and helpful. Hotel was fresh and clean. Found it too cold with air conditioning during our evening meal. Enjoyed our stay.

We only stayed for one night however staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and were only too happy to give us recommendations for eating out , places to visit etc. Very central location - walked everywhere. Would recommend without hesitation.
