The room I stayed on the 15th floor is very clean and specious.
WiFi speed has been faster than 6 month ago.
The speed is more than 100 Mbps.
The view from the room is very beautiful.
However, laundry service price has been increased.
It is better to go to a coin laundry near the hotel.
Also, be careful of the parking per entry.
Overall, the price is reasonable.

We had to change to 3 rooms cuz the key card wasnt working. Then the water in the shower area takes forever to drain. Overall a terrible experience. Will never come again

When I check in, they assigned the wrong room type for me. I booked a king bed but a twin bed was given. The phone in room did not work and I had to walk down to the Front Office to ask for my room type, however they informed they are fully booked and not able to provide me with the room type. They were not apologetic at all.

Clean and quiet, a good hotel for rest.
I was not looking for things to do at the hotel and this hotel only had pool and gym.
Overall, a nice place to stay at a good price if you're only looking for a roof over your head.

Upon arrival, I was received by a staff name SUZY, which to me, had the most wonderful smile. everything went smoothly during checkin. On the way up to my room, I realised that I have left my mobile phone on the reception counter, without delaying or even get into my room, I immediately proceed down back to the reception to enquired, but to my surprised, Suzy was there waiting at the lift lobby to return my phone. I was very surprised with her action, I cant comment enough about her. thank you so so so much.

This hotel is a long way from the city..31kms. We paid for valet parking, were told to park car ourselves by security!
Chinese restaurant is great! Nice inhouse bar. Great value for money at $75

Shower only let through water from half the holes in the shower head. There was an unnecessary fire evacuation after midnight, jolting us out of sleep and having to climb down the stairs. No announcement from staff that we could go back to our rooms until we asked. They just left you hanging around the main door. This ruined sleep to a bad extent.
Rooms are large and comfortable. Nothing in the vicinity that looked safe. Far from places and have to taxi around.

Hotel is comfortable and nice but the cleanliness is under maintained as the room is not cleaned properly, you can see hair on the toilet floor. The piping needs to be serviced as there is a foul smell coming from the toilet sewer.

The hotel staff has no rrgards for privacy and ontonuously disturb for silly matters..i stayed for 5 nights and every nights allowance is 2 water bottles..so I consumed 6..when I asked for 2 more they are like there are charges..i am like 'pls check how many nights I stayed before saying this!' Never going back at the hotel's location is far from everything! 1 positive things it's a new hotel so everything is new and clean.
