It was convenient and affordable, only issue was we went to the wrong Richmond Hotel that was closer to rail station. It would be good if the two were easier to distinguish from each other.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. 5 minute walk from the shinkansen exit of Nagoya station. Staff was friendly and room was very comfortable and a decent size compared to a lot of other Japanese hotels.

The staff are very helpful and helped us a lot in our travel planning. The hotel is about 10mins walk to the main train station and big shopping malls. There is a yummy fried chicken wings eatery just opposite the nearby traffic junction and also a convenience shop. Like most business hotel in the city centre, the room could have been bigger so have more space for luggage.

Within few minutes walk to Nagoya station but hotel instructions were not clear after exit, ended we took a roundabout walk w luggages behind BIC. Hotel signage not clear, stood in front of the building need to look up before you can spot the hotel name. Given a room facing the railway line n if u are used to quiet room, bypassing trains can be annoying. Rooms cean n compact. Check out is efficient n fast.

The hotel reception staffs are nice, the hotel looks new and the room is clean. The bathroom is big but the room is quite small and the pillows are uncomfortable. Hotel location is little far from Nagoya station.

Lovely. It’s my second time here and I absolutely love the location: quiet and close to the station! Also, I loveeee their breakfast buffet. Probably the best one I’ve ever had!

Very close to central station in Nagoya - 10-12 minutes walk. Restaurants and convenience stores at walkable distance. Room was clean and well looked after - be prepared that you have to deal only with AC and no chance to open windows. Will come back if in Nagoya and need to be close to the central station.

A bit far from the subway, around 10 mins walk. Apart from this, everthing is so perfect in this hotel. The room is clean, great service and yummy breakfast. There's no more 松屋 as it's already closed but there's another local noodle shop (麵屋獅子丸) that you definitely need to try . Super delicious (that's why need to queue most of the time)!

This hotel is quite new, with good room facilities. Hotel staff is polite. Free bath salt is provided as gift. It is a bit far from railway stations, about 10 minute walking distance from JR Nagoya Station, and 15 minute walking distance from Meitetsu Nagoya Station.

This is a relatively new hotel located less than 10 minutes walk from the Shinkansen side of Nagoya Station. While overall this is a nice hotel, for a couple with two suitcases, the room was small. There is one suitcase stand, but no place to open a second suitcase except on the end of the bed. The desk space is tiny. Otherwise the WiFi worked great, the TV had YouTube news in multiple languages, and the breakfast was okay (not great).
