I love this place. The owner is incredibly kind and pleasant. Whenever I have inquiries, they consistently respond promptly and are always willing to assist. It feels like a true home to me.

We loved staying at Imperial house. It's clean, inexpensive and in a safe neighbourhood. The service was excellent.

It was a great stay for me. The room was clean, there was clean towels in the room. Also it is quiet so I could have a good sleep.

The hosts were super friendly when we saw them. We really only needed a bed to sleep in for two nights and it was clean, comfortable, and easy to find. I also liked the relative privacy and the security of the room and property.

I can say it was terribly bad experience. In 10 days there was no towels changed. Garbage didn’t get out. Internet repeatedly connected and disconnected. Other guests left their dishes unwashed and nobody was there to notify to wash them.

Lovely place to stay, very friendly and accommodating host. Apartment was very homely and comfortable. Easy to check in and out. Good location, a short walk from metrotown train station and metropolis mall. Would be delighted to stay here again.

Trying to get some sleep around 830..the room wall i guess is not insulated..you can hear everything of thier conversations..quite loud

Dirty. No management around to look at the cleanliness or clean (I stayed for 3 night and the shared bathroom and kitchen area was not cleaned once). Awful.

Before we arrived, we received a message explaining how to get into our room. But it also said that there would be no breakfast - which, for a Bed and Breakfast, did not seem appropriate. And there was no explanation, nor any offer of compensation. During our entire stay (five days), we saw neither the proprietor nor any representative of them.

the room was large and comfortable. the shared bathroom was clean. Only drawback was shared laundry was in use.

Everything was excellent except waking up to the voices of the neighboring guests. The walls are very thin. It would be nice to have an 11am checkout, 10am was a bit early. The home is beautiful and very spacious. The communication with the host was quick and easy.

The room was nice but not a full kitchen (no sink etc) and the washroom was a bit dirty and was basically taken over by the other visitors

It was a great stay. You have free usage of washer and dryer and a kitchen. Everything is well organised and streamlined. The only downside was that it was often quite noisy mainly due to the family (kids) in the house. But all in all an amazing value and definitely recommended.

Our biggest complaint was cleanliness, the place was filthy. The bedding was clean, the bed was fair. I do not think the owner resides there and needs to hire a new housekeeper. We dealt with the owner through the phone and she was good to deal with, we were heading to VFS (very close to East Hastings) and she gave us room access 2 hours early to stash our suitcases so they wouldn't sit exposed in our car. Considering the price and it was Vancouver it was probably fair value but we will not stay again.
