Booked this hotel bc it says there was airport transportation only to be told the morning of my flight that they don't do transportation until 7am on weekends. We almost missed our flight home.

Horrible experience with assistant manager he is a gentlemen with dread locks. Very closed minded and rude. He had no consideration with my older disabled mother He threaten us by not completing our reservation. It was a very disappointing stay. As for the rooms they were perfect and clean.

I liked the cleanliness and breakfast. I was stuck outside my room for 30 min and no one could get it open.

Service was good. Front desk person was very helpful and nice upon check in. AC unit in rm 320 had a weird sound when it stops. Toliet didn't flush well. Beds were comfy
The pizza place they have info for, Yustis, was not that good, just a fyi. Airport shuttle runs 24/7. That is very helpful with early flights.

Room is spacious. I liked the design and furniture. Liked the bathroom, but Exhaust fan is not working.

First room we were put in had no blackout shades with very bright lights outside. Second room was better in that regard but the bathroom faucet handle was not properly connected and could only deliver hot water. Overall, the place was headed downhill as it was obvious maintenance was not a high priority.
Room was big though but really this place is in the middle of nowhere. You get what you pay for! Staff was friendly and accommodating but subject to management's failures.

Airport shuttle service is very disappointing. Took us more than an hour to get into the shuttle at the airport after calling multiple times to the hotel's front desk from the airport. To make us wait for more than an hour at the airport is not fair and they would not give us an estimate of when the shuttle would arrive. If they gave us an estimate, we could have taken a cab to get to the hotel rather than waiting at the airport for such a long time.

Nice one night stay. The room is spacious and clean. Plenty of sockets for charging cell phones and other gadgets. Lobby has coffee and hot water 24 hours serving guests. The only drawback was the internet a bit weak.

This place was very nice and clean. The staff went above and beyond for us and we're very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had the largest selection I have seen at a motel.

Travels with us regularly so we appreciate the ADA parking and entire facility. Neat new looking location. Nearby gas station not recommended.

The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and there was a nice breakfast. We appreciated that there was a microwave and fridge in the room. The room was a very good size, and there was a lot of storage space.

I booked the wrong hotel. Same name same street but wrong location. Tried to get a credit or refund. Front desk said yes then when my booking company reached out they would not let me. I tried for at least one day credit but since they never answer the phone and hung up a couple times when putting me on hold it took 2 days for them to respond no after saying yes.

It’s decent! If you’re headed to the airport, it gets the job done. I saw a piece of hair that was not mine & I freaked out. My mind wonders how do they keep the mattress sanitized & clean with so many bodies coming & going. I think all hotels, budget friendly & high end should put mattress covers on the mattress as precaution & for sanitary purposes.
