Loved the facilities and amenities available for use. Very family-friendly, friendly and pleasant staff. Room is a good size with full kitchen and dishware, and pull-out couch bed. Pool water temperature could have been a bit warmer.

When checking in person at front desk seemed almost annoyed. Then when we got to our room there was no heat, had to change rooms also seemed like an inconvenience to person at front desk. We had stayed here in April and staff then was more friendly and helpful.

The area is very nice and secluded. The staff was excellent and professional during my wife and I stay. The only thing I wish for during this great stay is a softer bed.

Loved everything but just note you will have to request daily cleaning (because of covid). Also housekeeping will not automatically vacuum each cleaning so you will need to make that request with the front desk that morning.
Also please consider having more options for vegan guest for the morning breakfast.

Overall a good stay the pool was very nice warm and the breakfast was good marriam the cook was very nice and always with a smile on his face the staff was always helpful and friendly room was clean and updated would stay again

Modern design not allot of breakfast options nothing gluten free eggs weren replenished gym was very hot but nice everything else was great

The hotel was pet friendly but I was charged an extra 100.00 for my dog. We only slept there and brought our dog with us to a party all day. I feel they should maybe ask for a deposit in case the dogs do damage but not charge that much extra for no reason. We have a 15lb hypoallergenic dog so he doesn’t shed and cause no extra clean up for the staff.

This is a clean and nice place to stay. Service was ok and friendly. They could improve with the service during breakfast. Employees rush you a little if you are there after 9:30AM.

We enjoyed the 500sq foot room, wonderful shower, lovely comfy bed, desk and chair. The staff were all friendly and helpful and seemed to be enjoying their work. Great pool. Once we were in the room, we didn't hear a sound from inside or outside.

Great rooms. Beautiful and clean. Not sure if outside where there’s a fire pit is a public space, but some people took over that section the entire time so no one could use it all day and night. Then they trashed it so it looked horrible when they finally left the next morning. All white people and their kids. Disrespectful. Staff very nice. Pool warm. Breakfast could be better. Not a lot of choices and no microwave to heat food up. So we had to eat in room. Lobby area is beautiful.

Room was set very home like. Stainless steel appliances. Toaster too! Dishes were home like. During covid so services were limited. Facility clean most importantly. The shower was huge but the shower head was sucky, not comfortable. Staff I did encounter were nice. Bed is firm, but that’s all about preferences. I would definitely go again. Peaceful.

The property is situated in a new construction zone so there isn’t much around the building although it’s a ten minute drive from the farmers market. In another direction you’ll find typical shopping centers with Whole Foods and Walmart. In a half hour, you’ll be at Longwood Gardens. The homes near the hotel are huge and immaculate. The hotel is 15 minutes from Cheyney University. If you like a quiet mountain town with plenty of diversity and nice people, this is a great spot.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, and the studio room was a great fit for our family to ensure we were comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had all the basics for cooking. Would stay again!

I have to say this. I honestly never comment negatively. But my special needs son had his heart set on using the pool. I was promised the we could sign up for a time slot. When we got there and checked in, none were available.

We were placed in a handicap room in which the shower was broken and they refused to move us. Thankfully the man called from maintenance was incredible and helped us so much. He tried to get us a new room and then said he would fix the whole thing as soon as I had to leave for a family gathering. The room needed more cleaning and we had to ask for more than 3 towels and pillows for the pullout several times. The room is made for at least 4 people and didn’t have that many towels. Not a great experience.
