The hotel was very clean and comfortable to stay. Quiet neighborhood and great access to things and restaurants. Just wish there is isn't too much of interference with LTE in the room.

2,Issues,,1st of 2 of 4 nite , A/C didn’t work right , after second night, I asked and complained , I switched Room , this issue resolved……. 2nd issue, 1 Elevator seemed to be not working, oh well , That was fine until the 2nd of 2 Elevator quit working. I understand, it just happens. Still not a big Problem, but , Getting Luggage down stairs, was a Challenge.

Excellent Matress, pillows, shower. Love that Dove shampoo, conditioner, body soap & hand soap. Very clean.

The ONLY issue we had was check in. No one was at the counter what so ever and for 10 to 20 mins would try calling 3 times so that they would hear the phone ring and come up but no one would. Yell "anyone here" even at one point I went behide the counter to knock on the employee door. Still no one. They did eventally show up and say sorry but knowing me and my family was recovering from hitting a deer i just wish check out would have been smoother.
Everything else was perfect and my little ones loved your breakfast. Room was clean and check out was smooth.
So just minus check in everything else was perfect.

Everything was great; however, the bathroom linens were dingy and therefore didn't look clean. The bath tub was very slick and could be dangerous if anyone didn't see the rubber bath mat.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The only complaint is that there was someone in a room up above us that was very loud around 4:00am each morning. Making it very hard to sleep. Other than that it was a good stay.

The last few times I stayed at Holiday Inn Express, there has never been any BACON, BACON, BACON. For the priciest place in town BACON should be on the breakfast menu

The shower was filthy grout was dirty hair on floor or shower. I have never had a Holiday Inn with the bathroom shower so bad. None of the ice makers worked. When it is 90+ outside I wanted some ice for my drink. For the price they charged it was not good. I won’t be staying there again.

Not kept up mattresses were wore out, elevators didn't work wonderful for people with bad back and knees. 3 flights of stairs. I would never stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again and I will be adding this brand to my go-to hotel list. The rooms were quiet and clean and the property was lovely. The breakfast was also very good. The bed was comfortable and it was definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Property in pretty good condition. TV remote doesn't work, had to McGyver a solution to use the TV. Great location, near a bar and the Boot Hill Museum. Had a "dancing" toilet sit that I had to McGyver as well.

We always stay at a Holiday Inn Express. We like the fact that the rooms are clean, the staff friendly and we get points for staying there. I forgot to ask the desk person to add my points on the computer until the second day we were there. She gave me a phone number to call to have the the points added but the phone just rang and no one picked up. So the three days I stayed there was without points. I wish they would ask if each customer was a member of their rewards program.

Our room was super clean, comfortable bed, and breakfast was really good as well. Only downfall is that there is no hot tub (which we knew ahead of time) and the pool water was super cool so we choose not to use it. All in all a great stay and if we find ourselves back in Dodge City again, we would definatley stay there again.
