a little out dated, but nice area and nice price. the hot water could’ve been hotter. and the 2 bed could use another tv since it’s in its own little room. 5$ for parking. i’d stay here again

7.4 rating 7.6 clean 7.0 condition must be fabricated.
there were two towels. Very shabby and dirty. There four chairs not a set. All shabby and dirty. My wife refuses to use any.
At 1:30 AM I woke up with some kind of buzzing noise, I could not figure it out. TV or friger
MY trip ended with a sour note. This is the first time hotel.com have ever failed.

The person behind the desk was friendly, the room was clean, the price was good and there wasn't a lot of noise or disturbances, so I got a good night's sleep. With all those things in mind I have to say, I will stay here again in the future.

We had a midnight check in and the desk clerk was waiting for our arrival with a smile! The room was clean and the heater had warmed the room to the perfect temp. The bed was very comfortable and supplies were stocked and adequate. For the price it was a great value in a good location. I will definitely stay here again.

Room was small, but clean and adequate. Extra towels were provided when we asked. Neighborhood was nice and had quite a few food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner within a brief walking distance. I would stay here again!

No face towel, no wash cloths, 2 outlets are not working, can’t charge 2 cellphones at the same time, had to pay $5 to park in their hotel vicinity, otherwise, place is convenient to restaurants.

Walked in to our room. It had an odd smell not terrible but not great. Walk into the bathroom. There is a Giant fake eyelash in the middle of the Tub. There was almost no TP there. There was Grime and dust in most corner/crevices. The seal on the door was not existent as you could hear everything through the door.
Very little outlets (wasnt one on each side of the bed). Definitely NEEDS more outlets. there was a chair right next to my side of the bed which seems not so useful. A end table would have be ideal.
Had a nice sized Fridge which is a big plus. The AC worked but was a bit loud. Bed was comfy.
Tight parking but having the option was nice.
Check in and out process very easy.
You have to pay for ice which I thought was not ideal. And there outdated ice and pop machine didnt make me want to use either of them. (very dirty).
Overall it did not knock my socks off, But it was a place to sleep. Was a decently Convenient area for what we were there to do.

The hotel looks cute from the outside the inside was a little old, walls with cracks, old carpet. But at least the bed was comfortable and there was lots of close restaurants and shopping. They charge $5 a night for parking, front parking area was very limited spaces. The one thing i thought was ridiculous was they charge you 25 cents at the ice machine for the smallest amount of ice ever, pretty ridiculous they would charge for ice.

First of two 80yr old seniors put on 2nd floor walking up 20 steps to get to room. Only 2 bath towels in room, no wash clothes or face towels. No Hangers in closet, no iron or ironing board. TV not working, no table lamps. I would not stay there again.

It was pretty good for the cheap option in the area!

completely met or exceeded my expectations - front desk manager was super personable - Colorado Blvd in Eagle Rock has a very small town Main St vibe, plenty of good-looking local dining options within walking distance

Lovely little hotel. Great location near where I was working in Glendale. Definitely would stay there again.

The staff was great, and clean enough to feel comfortable. My neighbors were not great, they were in and out all night. The door slammed pretty hard making it hard to sleep. Several outlets didn't work and zero in the bathroom making it hard to get ready. I can't complain about the price which is why I chose the place but I'm too much of a light sleeper to stay again. Great food in the area so that was a plus.

Pleasant stay at a basic older motel. Beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Make sure you remember to bring a hair dryer (we did). Parking ($5/day) was ample with additional parking in the rear. Pretty quiet with only occasional noise from the street and early trash pick-up. Only issues were the television remote did not have full function and three beer bottles left behind by a previous guest in one of the drawers. There is an excellent Thai restaurant nearby across the street and a great Chili-Burger two blocks away. Will stay here again if we return to the area.

I wasn’t able to stay for the reason that I booked it to take my disabled father to have a good relaxed, peaceful night, because I had brought him from his home that he lives in Perris Ca and didn’t have room in my house my daughter and my granddaughter and myself we’re gonna him after our 24th Christmas celebration but the problem was that there was no room for a disabled person. He’s in a wheelchair and the only room that they had was upstairs they didn’t have no elevators, so I spoke to the person in the counter and he Told me that they were sorry that They didn’t have a room for us then I asked him if if there was any possibility I could get my money back at first he said no but then he said yes you can get your money back. Just tell them that we will reverse the money back so you can get your money so I had to book somewhere else for more money than, I was ready for, but then again, where was I going to sleep my father I couldn’t take him back to Perris Ca. It was Christmas Eve and very cold outside

Pros -
- Gentleman working the check in/front desk was VERY kind and efficient. He accommodated our request for extra towels quickly and was super friendly in all of our interactions.
- Parking was easy and plentiful
Cons -
- The room felt so 'icky', very old, outdated and pretty gross
- VERY DARK - lighting was very dim
- carpeting, bedspreads and towels were all dark blue, which made it hard to see if they were dirty or clean
- TV did not work - we were there New Years Eve, unable to watch the 'ball drop' and the front desk was 'closed'
This room is normally approximately $60 per night, which tracks. Unfortunately since we were there NYE, they had hiked up the rate to $475 per night, which made the fact that it was so gross and dirty that much worse.

Room smelled like urine. There were no towels, no lamps, on plug, and the over head lights didn't work. Cracks and damage around the room. Missing cabinet drawers. I left after the first night of my stay and they refused to give me a refund.

everything excellent thank you

The property is not old however it was not built with utility in mind, especially the bathroom. For example, there is no electric outlet in bathroom, and toilet is inconveniently situated behind a tightly opened door. King bed is so close to the desk that there is no room for the chair. One or two nights of stay is fine.

If you like a classic old-style hotel, this is a great little spot. Definitely dated but they clearly care about this place and take care of it.

Top notch . Beds are comfortable, the wifi is superb. You get a great nights rest.

My room was very spacious and clean. Check in was basically hassle free. But the company it keeps and the “tenants” that basically live there are sketchy. Parking can be a pain. Decent for what you pay.

Room smells like strong air fresheners we had to leave the door open for an hour … no hairdryer, towels , coffee maker heat and ac don’t work

This is a minimalist hotel: Clean room & bed: but definitely lacking. Limited parking, for which they charge $5. There was no clock or tissues ("hotel Policy", I was told). No microwave, no water, no coffee... NOTHING! The blanket, wouldn't keep anyone warm, very thin material, I was cold, as I don't do well with heaters. The shower/bath fixtures were just awful: the worst/cheapest of cheap showerhead; the diverter allowed most of the water to flow through the tub faucet it almost falling off the wall, and the tub did not drain; so I was standing in about 1.5 inches of water. When I reported it to the front desk, the young person there didn't care. I think I'll stay somewhere else next time.

They charge $5 for parking and $.25 for every 2 cups of ice. They keep calling you to check what time you check in at the hotel.

Close to big street, no noise what so ever

Have to pay to park. Carpet dirty. Sheets had pub hair and Cheeto dust so weren’t washed. Pillow cases were so dirty also.
