The property is fine and good value. At 7:30am, the sausage gravy at breakfast was very cold. I used the microwave in the snack purchase area to warm it. Hotel room is showing a little wear in the bathroom, but other than that, very clean.

The property was great, but the one staff member never cracked a smile, had eye contact, nor said much. We only had two bath towels, so we had to go down and get more. Other than that, the property was great and close to the airport.

This hotel has really nice amenities - complimentary snack & beverage at check-in, nice in-room toiletries, and the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious (including the coffee). The bed was comfy and clean. The hotel in general could use a refresh, carpet, etc. are a bit worn.

Very nice and professional staff! Only negative that they didn't have a body wash available, but they did have a hard soap.

Late night staff excellent!

Well front desk staff was very rude at check in. Breakfast was cold. Beds were hard. Non working pool. And floors very dirty.

The Hampton Inn is a good choice if you need to be near OMA. The facility was very clean and modern and the staff were excellent. My biggest beef is their internet policy, where you have to provide a ton of information just to get access to free internet. It's 2023, Hampton. Give free internet and knock off the attempt to get them to pay more for premium service.

We stay at this location every couple of months and have been very pleased in the past. There seemed to be a problem with the check in system upon arrival and the front desk attendant had to physically check to see if a room was clean and available. We had a reservation and checked in about 8pm. Upon arriving to the room we received a call to verify that we checked in. (Again, the computer system not staff, seemed to be glitching) This hotel has changed their soaps and they were honestly terrible. (Scratchy, thin, and lacking any lather). I hope the system bugs are fixed and the soap changes so we can continue to stay at this location.

Overall was a clean and well ran hotel, would recommend staying here.

Some of the caulking in the bathroom was old. Also the WiFi did not work the whole time we were there. I needed it to check in for my flight the next day. So it created extra work for me at the airport the next morning.

I flew into Omaha at night and reserved a room for a night to continue my trip the next morning. Called for the free airport shuttle but after 45 min I just took taxi and arrived at hotel to see shuttle there. Checked in with no issues, clean, quiet and comfy room, woke up early to the sound of back up signals from semi trucks in a lot close by and a train whistle shortly after. Ok, I’m up getting ready for my rental car to be delivered and about 20 min before it arrives the whole place loses power. Think I’ll choose a different place next time.

This motel was absolutely awful. Got there late tired and wanted to get to my room. I find out there are 2 rooms booked under my name. One night 13 to 14. That was not what I booked. The other room was only for 13 to 15 a king bed. I end up 2 queens. I had to have Expedia contact the front desk of this motel to straighten out the confusion. The next evening upon my arrival back to this motel. I had gone to my room to find out my key had been canceled. Had to go back down in the elevator to have my key repaired. This was done. Got back on the elevator and the elevator got stuck. Had to contact the front desk with my cell phone because the help button never contacted anyone. The clerk was rude. Finally we were removed off the elevator by way of the back door. The clerk very nonchalant and rude. I returned to my room and needed a bottle of water. I thought maybe by chance there would be water in the refrigerator. When I opened it to find old fruit from previous guests. I returned down to the front desk to get the water and to complain about how my room had obviously not cleaned properly. Again the same clerk rude. I explained to her that between the mix with reservations, the elevator incident and now the fruit that I would not give them a good rating. The clerk told me maybe I wanted to leave. Again rude and not the best image for what is supposed to be a good chain of motel. I am now skeptical staying in a Hampton Inn especially in Omaha. Thank you for your time.

We loved the friendliness of the staff and how nice the room was. Unfortunately the pool was freezing and the power went out in the middle of the night. That’s not the fault of the hotel, but it did detract from the quality of our stay.

Great location. Very clean and quiet.

It was very clean, quiet and well maintained and it was a good price. When we got there, the front desk said we could go in the pool (they had just had repairs done and put chemicals in it). My kids and grandkids had been looking forward to this. When we got there, it was not heated at all. Only stayed 10 minutes and most of us didn’t get in. The breakfast sausage and potatoes were not good and the biscuits were as hard as a rock. I would stay there again but would not have the free breakfast.

The front desk clerk was very nice and efficient and gave us free bottles of water. Our room was on the small side but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the air conditioner was not working correctly which resulted in our room being warm and stuffy. We went down for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. and a lot of the items were out completely or were cold. The area was also a mess. There was spilled food everywhere.

Place is clean staffs are friendly need firmer pillows. Water pressure could be better.overall though we love it
