Our second time staying here. Lots of shopping/eating options nearby. Solid free breakfast with options that would make most happy. Beds are more comfortable than our beds at home. Also, a small thing, but I love that the toilet isn't super low like in most hotels—we're getting old and it's not easy to stand up off those sometimes. Great vanity lighting for make-up. We'd happily stay there again!

I like that no matter how late it is, there always someone waiting for at the front desk! The only down side would be using key to use room restroom

We loved everything about our stay. The staff was amazing and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was perfect. Breakfast was really good. Within walking distance of a great mall, and if you don't feel like walking, a free shuttle awaits. Thank you to all of you

Best location. Rooms are spacious and clean.lightings are very good.Sound proof...not a sound even footsteps from guests upstairs. Breakfast is abundant. A pull up bed is always ready for an extra person or guest. Parking is very safe. The staff are very helpful and kind. Over all, we loved this place.

Clean, relatively new, and quiet hotel. Next to a mall and small plaza for some local dining. Room was clean and nice.
Complimentary breakfast was satisfactory (although really busy on Sunday and the one worker had to refill everything and manage the front desk; impossible). There were both hot and cold foods (pancakes, eggs, sausage or bacon, cereal, yogurts, bananas/oranges, muffins, bread, cinnamon rolls) and coffee/milk/juices.
If you're looking to mainly do activities in downtown Seattle, this isn't a far drive. However, if you're going to use rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc), you're probably better staying in a hotel closer to downtown Seattle. Our Lyfts cost us $300 for a total of 6 rides.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel advertised for shuttle to and from the airport which is completely false. Will only have a shuttle if there is a driver and during my stay there was not one available at all. The receptionist was rude during the whole encounter and would not help whatsoever. Uber rode from the airport and back was $39 each way.

The front desk was accommodating since my daughter’s bag went delayed with the airlines. We let the front desk about our mishap and took note of room number and reassured us they would let us know when it comes. They did call our room when it arrived.

Property it self was clean and safe there’s a beautiful trail around unfortunately very unkept and homelessness and drug abuse while walking trails which made me feel unsafe but hotel was very safe clean and lovely

The rooms are clean and the staff is so accommodating and kind! I’d stay here again and again! The shuttle to the airport is FREE and they run you over to the mall close by and back for meals and shopping!

Waited over an hour for our airport shuttle.
Arrived to find our room was not the 2 queens we booked but instead a king. My sister had to wait another 45 mins for her room to be ready to check in. Not acceptable.
