Nice little hotel tucked away 5 minutes walk from the noise of Pub Street but we didng hesr anything. Small shady pool, decent breakfast and helpful staff.
2.0
Nice hotel with good large rooms which were quite comfortable all things considered. The pool is a godsend at the end of the day sightseeing and the staff were friendly and assisted us in bus tickets to the capital

We were very satisfied with the hotel and the manager tried hard to find good solutions for us. We recommend tris nice hotel in the city centre!
10.0
Fantastic hotel. Such a warm welcome and the stagg was always there to help with transportation, seeing sites, and special requests. Good AC, best beds compared to 3 of the hotels during my travles around Cambodia. Pub street is close by and provides a great place for meals.

Hotel is not a 10/10 as other reviews say. If you like to lounge at the pool..this place not for you. Very dark and closed in. Pillows and duvet had the odor of all the others that have used it. They need a wash/refresh not just clean linens over them. Bed was comfortable and location was great that is what was good. You get what you pay for though.

We appreciated being moved from our original room that smelled of sewer gas.

Friendly clean rooms great walking location. Fantastic breakfast!

Think twice before booking.
Mostly interested in selling tours. Woman at front desk seemed irritated when I wasn't ready to book something upon completing check-in. And when I did book, I received very little information - it was as though I was supposed to remember everything from the initial description. I was given no receipt or itinerary - everything was verbal and I had to make my own notes and verify later.
I was able to move from 1st to 2nd floor after one night so that I wouldn't have a view of the lounge chairs and any people at the pool, so that was good.
Clearly, this was a decent property at one time as the room was well designed, but it's not well maintained. Lighting - one bulb out, one dim, and in the bathroom one flickering. Bathroom lighting so bad, I had great difficulty putting in contact lens. Some days the towels were old, frayed and ripped. The mattress top bed was decent, but sagged in the middle. Bed cover sheet had small dark spots. I only had breakfast on the first day - the fruit was good, but otherwise it was terrible. Some noise from outside and other rooms. None of these are unbearable, but the little things add up.
The room was clean, the curtains were dark and the location was good. Also, the tuk tuk driver for the hotel was very nice during the two days he took me on tours of Angkor Wat.
For the same price, or just a few dollars more, you can probably find a better place to stay.

This is a nice little place to stay while you are on vacation. It is not too far from the temples and is close to many other city attractions. They will also assist you with reservations and transportation to and from the temples and the other attractions.

It was a good hotel for a one nighter

Excellent value. Great location within short walking distance of Pub Street area with many restaurants and bars and also more local street vendors. Easy trip into Angkor Wat. The hotel staff are very helpful with setting up excursions, transportation and general assistance. Nice pool to cool down at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very nice rooms. We used the hotel airport transfer which worked well. We also used the hotel tuk tuk (upto 4 people) to do the tour of the temples, the driver was very good, not just taking us to each temple and waiting for us, but also showing us where to go at each stop, highly recommend him.
Nothing not to like.

This property was outstanding. It was centrally located near Pub Street and excellent shopping. The owners couldn’t be nicer, and they were very helpful with tours and basic info

The king room with balcony was nice and very roomy. The a/c kept the room very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly accommodating.

We appreciate the personal of this hotel. They are helpful, all time smiling. The breakfast was very good and was changing every day. We had a good time there. The activities are close of the hotel (Pub Street,Night Market) and the tuk tuk take us there to visit the Angkor Temples.
I recommend the hotel and if we return to Siem Reap, we will be there. Thanks

I do not understand the previous 10.0 rating reviews…
I strongly urge people to wait until the end of their stay to post a rating.
The hotel was good, worth 7.0, definitely not excellent.
Not worth $44/night - $33-$35 would be more appropriate
Internet was slow
TV channel was being connected to YouTube.
Breakfast was whatever you are served. One day I had an omelette, next day I had cereal.
Staff was nice, pool was nice, and they rented bicycles.
This is not a “bad” review, but I feel 7.0 is a fair rating for this hotel.
For comparison, I moved to Ta Prohm hotel (about 100 meter away - beautiful hotel with wood) cost $40/night, very good internet, buffet breakfast, over TV channels many in English.

This place is good and near by pub street, shopping center and market place. Place is spacious and quiet and clean.

Great Hotel, from outside like all hotels around but if you enter the reception...everything changes.
Friendly and polite staff, Owners around, always helpful, Outdoorpool in the middle, Chairs around and on the balustrade, Pool cleaned daily, rooms with everything you need, cleand daily if requested, Big rooms with sometimes balcony to the pool...
Safe hotel, door is closed and locked by 10 to 10.30.
Ring the bell and the security is around to open...
recommended!!
I will stay there again

The absolute most helpful and kind staff of any place I have stayed in Siem Reap.
They were always available to answer any questions and give guidance when needed.
The Best in Siem Reap in my opinion, I always felt as if they were there just for me.

Again the staff are amazing in Asia and this one is no different.
You are a 2 minute walk to Pub Street, market and night market.
Found a great shop with the prices on stuff so you get an idea.
Coming out of Pub St turn right, cross the road walk about 6 shops, cross the road and second shop.
Use the hotel tuk tuk you will not get ripped off.
If your going to get ripped off it will be by a tuk tuk.
Same drivers all the time.
Great pool and pool area.
Lovely fresh cooked breakfast each morning.
Each day your eggs are done different and beautiful fresh fruit.
Only 2 things that I could pick on was the door to your room needs replacing.
So it’s more soundproof.
Towels could be up dated but we have had 100 worse in the USA.
I would book here again 100%
Had a late check out and room upgrade.
I would have liked an extra 2 days in the area.
But I guess we will have to come back and would only look at booking here.
Bar and spa have closed due to covid.
Not a big deal just walk 1 minute and you can find both.
Plus 7/11 2 minute walk

EXCELLENT STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked the hotel tuktuk to take us around Angor and we could get there for sunrise the next morning even though we only confirmed the tour when we arrived. The hotel is a bit older, but everything works and the location is only a few minutes walk away from the shops on a quieter street

Great hotel central to everything in Siem Reap. Although we didn’t use their booking services for tours they were extremely well organised and they assisted with airport pickup and bus leaving.
Room was huge and large balcony.
Pool very nice.

This hotel was very cozy! Free wifi, a fridge, a cheap price for a great location, the rooms were clean and without any bugs or lizards (which I’ve heard is a problem in Cambodia — a first for a New Yorker like me) and the staff was extremely nice. The owner of the hotel (who often sat at the front desk herself) gave me advice on what to see and would even purchase tickets for me for the next day so I didn’t have to worry about it! She also arranged for the hotel’s designated tuk tuk driver to take me from place to place the entire day (there is no public transit in Cambodia) for only $5, which seems to be much cheaper than the street tuk tuk prices from what I could see. After a long day of visiting temples (starting at 4:25 am) I greeted the hotel owner while she was eating lunch and she even gave some of her fruit to me. We had a warm chat and she made me feel welcome (this was my first big international trip alone and I was slightly nervous). Since my flight was early in the morning, she even arranged for a takeaway box for breakfast (a must if you do a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat, which I also recommend) so I could eat on the way to the airport. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for anyone who appreciates these attributes in a hotel!

Nice small cozy hotel with a perfect location! We felt really welcomed right from the first pick up from the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged us a two day visit to Angkor. Bar and restaurant at the hotel were still closed after Covid. Warm recommendation!
