I stay in hotels weekly for work and this hotel was terrible. There was no staff there when I checked in, the front door had a sticker from the city saying they lost their occupancy license, no wifi, abandoned cars in the parking lot, random people that weren’t staying their hanging out behind the building, no breakfast or coffee the second morning.

The fact that I reserved and paid for a king room and then when I get there to check in I'm told there is no king room available and they will have to put me in a double queen room. They refused to compensate me for the downgrade. Then the front desk person says they have to go check to see if the room is empty. When they came back they had what seemed to be 2 unhappy people with them, as if they'd been thrown out, it was very uncomfortable situation.

We are regulars as I have family here and visit often. We’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and the condition of the hotel has gone downhill. Place used to be really nice and well kept. Not anymore. Overall stay was okay.

The window was broken in one room, the floors were dirty in the bathroom. The showers did not have hot water. The fitness center did not open until 7 am.

We had 2 rooms. One room had dried blood on the bedding, was given a new blanket and told to put the dirty one in the hallway. Second room was double charged. They said they reversed it but still haven't seen it in the bank and the bank doesn't see it so far. The 2nd room also had bed bugs and a urine stain on the mattress. Talked to training manager and was told all they could do was take off the 25.00 pet fee. When I questioned further about it I was given attitude from the manager. I told her I was reporting to Wyndham and she said okay, she didn't care. Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to have dirty stained beds and bedding, bed bugs and attitude.

This is the dirtiest hotel room I’ve stayed in. I’ve stayed at this exact hotel many times and each time it has never been this bad. Food was stuck on wall and on lamp, blood on the mattress protector and down the bed rail, black mold on air vent, tub in bathroom and shower curtain very dirty. It’s like they just went in there, replaced toiletries and towels and just made the beds. Need to hire new housekeepers.

The staff were friendly and room was clean. There wasn’t hot water. Front desk had us change rooms to another floor but still no hot water. The hot breakfast that just started at 7:00 am was cold. (Eggs, potatoes)

We stayed two nights. It’s okay not to make the beds, but, but at least empty the trash cans and re fill the Kleenex box. Otherwise all was good

This place is horrible. Just burn it to the ground and start over. There's actually a good chance of it burning to the ground, one of the crack head morning shift workers could drop the torch and up it goes. Good riddance.

When initially checking in the staff was very helpful, after that everything went downhill. The staff was rude and unfriendly.
Don't stay here if you'd like to take a shower. The showers do not drain and the staff does not care. This place absolutely sucks.

outside was always dirty around the doors. front desk was not very friendly. stayed 3 days and never had rooms cleaned or fresh towels. could hear tv in other rooms. would not stay there again.

There were several issues when we first arrived at the hotel to check in. They gave us a room that was already occupied so we walked in on someone else in their room. The second room had leftover animal poop on the floor so we had to clean that up before getting settled. The breakfast was alright but the service was great.

The rooms were so very dirty. Had to have my granddaughter wear her socks to protect her feet. Took pictures and also pisted on trip advisor. Rethink staying here. Employees smoking pot outside front doors of check in, not what we wanted to take our grandchildren through. Im all about to each his own, but, really? Where is the pride in ones establishment.

Since I am a veteran, this La Quiinta has a parking space reserved for veterans which helped given my wife's poor stamina and lung condition and her arthritis.

The bed and pillows we’re very comfortable, carpet was clean, neat and orderly, great layout, microwave, fridge and air conditioning were all functioning. The only downfall was the shower tub. There was a huge crack with missing material on the tub. There were visible hairs which did not belong to me. The drain had a ring of rust and there was visible mold along the caulking line. There were so many guests that the staff couldn’t keep up with the free breakfast. Otherwise this was a nice hotel.

There was never anyone at the front desk. Maid service was only every 3 days so we to find someone for extra towels. Pool was taken over by teenagers that didn't stay there possible friends/family of workers.

The fire extinguisher in the room was hanging from the ceiling. A wash rag in the bathroom had makeup on it.

Check in was great. The desk clerk was very friendly and there was a maintenance person there too and he was friendly as well. It was just an overnight stay so mainly there to sleep. It served is purpose.

Pool was out of service. No ice in the entire hotel. All ice machines didn’t work. Noisy hotel. Smelled dirty and the carpets in the hallways and stairwells were filthy.

Reserved the stay. Says it was pet friendly, Never said anything about a non refundable 25 dollar charge per dog. Other then having a printed out piece of paper that says so at check in told the lady at the desk they need to say something online and she just laughed. Room was clean, elevator apparently was out of service, had to use stairs. "Breakfast" was minimal at best.

Had trouble at check in, only got 1 card to open the room, all the ice machines were not working. Breakfast was okay, pancake machine was not working, would have liked cranberry juice.

The rooms were not ready when we arrived. My sons room was not ready for hours and they gave him the wrong room. Short on towels, no soap, shampoo, conditioner.

My wife and I were up to visit in Ponca City and needed a place for a night. In the past had used Fairfield. Got a much better price at La Quinta this time and the reviews were good. This was the nicest La Quinta I have been in for quite some time. I hope this is a trend in the chain as they renovate properties. Room was spacious and well appointed and up to date! Great TV and AC system also. Very clean and comfortable bed and bedding. Who could ask for more?

4 night stay, I had to ask for housekeeping. They cleaned it the last day…. Everyone at the front desk was very nice, but housekeeping was completely absent.
