Fantastic stay and excellent value for money. Cant complain about our experience both times we have had a great time. Its nice and quiet, feels safe and just a relaxed atmosphere. The only suggestion i would make is the breakfast room needs dusting as the ceiling is covered in massive cobwebs.

What I liked: It gives a feeling of staying in some holiday park. Onsite parking.clean property. Kitchen with Gas Hob, Microwave(Conventional oven absent), full-size fridge, Utensils, Comfy beds, Reverse AC in HALL, Main bedroom has ceiling Fan and the smaller bedroom has a stand fan. Sofa and dining table. The guest information booklet is very informative Outdoor Swimming pool Shopping center and Woolworth /Coles within 4km What I did not like: Nothing. Would suggest keeping some kitchen towels/tissues in the kitchen.

Quiet location. Bright, modern cabin. All amenities provided. Comfortable bed and good shower. Can't think of anything negative, Will stay again.

Lovely gardens, friendly staff, beware - budget is certainly budget, clean but needs updating, aim higher than the budget room if you cab. It was ok for one night. The included continental breakfast was good quality.

Greg and his staff at the Garden View were outstanding. They let our group of 10 check in early and even let us check out late. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free continental breakfast hit the spot. Garden and grass areas were magnificently maintained. Hotel was very quiet. Definitely worth popping in if you're passing through and need somewhere to stay.

i honestly don't know where to start with my review. i suppose ill work backwards- i don't know how these rooms can be compliant in its offerings to paying guests. i ended up sleeping in my car and we left in the middle of the night due to me becoming so unwell. the room (20) was disgusting, i wouldn't let a dying animal stay in there, the carpet was due to be replaced 20 years ago and it shows. the room had the most overwhelming stench, the odour has seeped into the walls, the raggedy useless curtains and into the carpet. the windows and door onto the "balcony" are all water damaged, rotted and the paint peeling. the bed had black hair throughout the bedding (dry heaves) and the bed frame has come away from the the bathroom- yikes i can see why no pictures are used by any as advertising, the are inaccessable, if i was a large person and suffered more from my arthritis i would not have been able to squeeze myself thru the 50cm gap into the shower recess. the sink taps barely work and are so close to the actual sink you can't place your hands underneath to wash them or even wet a toothbrush. The toilet was leaking onto the tiles below with poorly substituted plumbers the solution. the front door did not seal adequately and it was telling to find a mostly used can of bug spray in the room to keep the locals at bay. these rooms should not be available to the public and are a health hazard. i will absolutely never consider staying in this revolting excuse for accommodation again

We made an overnight stopover here on our car trip from Canberra to Melbourne in September 2023 booked via expedia.com.au. After a long drive from Melbourne we arrived after hours at 9.00PM. Check in was easy as instructions were communicated via text, email and phone beforehand. We checked into Villa 23 on Southern Avenue and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean unit. There was designated parking adjacent to the unit which facilitated the unloading and loading of luggage. Split air-conditioning and heating unit was provided. Additional full-length mirror outside of bathroom would have been a nice bonus. Location was quiet and a short car ride to the city centre. The continental breakfast was adequate in a chalet-like setting. All in all, a near perfect.

The cabin was very clean and tidy. Breakfast in the mornings was excellent and it was a lovely spot in Wangaratta. Will come here again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. As soon as we walked in the door we couldn’t believe how modern the place was and the cleanliness! Staff were very friendly, and we got a complementary breakfast the next morning. I will definitely be booking again in the future!

Suited our purpose perfectly.

The cabin was fresh, clean and spacious. Grocery store and major Take-Away within minutes drive-away. Only slight inconvenience was the shower head which was a little short. Highly recommend and wish we had reason to stay longer!!

Great place for a stopover to break a long drive. Quiet and comfortable cabins with a small but well equipped kitchen area that was easy to use to heat up a meal. I was back in the road the next day feeling well rested.

Very basic. But a decent price. Noisy and issues with bathroom such as leaky taps, lifting tiles - trip hazard and poor flow of hot water for a quick shower. I wouldn't stay again even for one night, due to the noise factor. Road noise throughout the night and clearly audible conversations and noises from the neighbouring rooms through the walls with all doors and windows closed. (Stayed in a budget double room)

I stayed in a budget room in what is a budget hotel. It's not luxurious but it did what it needed to do. Comfy bed, dated but functional bathroom, and the heating worked. Everything was neat and clean. Was great value, would definitely stay again.

We only stayed a short time in the park, but everything was great, nice modern cabin, quiet well maintained park, and as we were checking in after hours, everything was explained thoroughly by the lady who answered the phone. Wished we had stayed an extra night!
