The room is very tidy and clean and the staff are also courteous and attentive to our needs and queries.

I guess per hotel policy, 1 bottle of water per room per guest per night. Since we didn't request clean-up service, we have to go down to pick-up the water, they wouldn't bring it to you. We stayed there for 6 days, some days we didn't pick-up the water, and have to ask/tell them we didn't pick-up the water the day before, and they need to check in order to give you the water. Hallway was dark and sometimes I do smell smokes. Breakfast selection was soso. Location is convenience thou.

Convenient location, surrounded by different shopping malls, nearby drug stores and family mart. There is an amenities bar at the lobby but i find it not too eco-friendly. There is only two cotton pads and two cotton swab in each bag, I am staying 6 nights, with 2 ppl, feels like created a lot of waste. I had to change room after the first night due to bed bugs/ mosquitoes bit..

We came across this hidden gem literally located in central Osaka adjacent to Osaka City Station. The value proposition is hard to dismiss. We stayed 3 nights not expecting much. Our room was located on the 8th floor (which is the top floor) which provided extra sound proofing from the street below. the room was fairly clean but can see some ear and tear on the furnitures and carpet. But we ‘d like the fact the toilet was separated (had own pocket door) enabling other family members to use the sink while occupied. Additionally, the staff were extra friendly and prompt for most room service and house keeping requests. There is a Italian buffet available for breakfast and lunch. Also there is a coffee shop that serves hot sandwiches and burgers on first floor. 7-Eleven is located outside down a short alley way behind the hotel (about 2min walk). Across is also the Osaka front mall which has endless food court options along with another 7-Eleven and even a drugstore. Overall, great value and location.

The property is within walking distance of the Osaka Station (NOT Shin-Osaka). You walk through 3 buildings with lots of shopping and eating options on your walk from the station to the hotel. There is a new JR train platform area that provides express, or semi-express service, although signage still needs to be updated to assist in finding it provided some great options. Of the 3 hotels we stayed at their breakfast was the best we had, they provided a good variety of "Continental" options as well as Japanese food options.

I have never been to such an unpleasant hotel. The reception staff who were not that helpful. Especially one with glasses who was not polite and unfriendly. Not recommend this hotel.

It’s an amazing hotel. The Japanese style bathroom, separated washing area and soaking tub. The toilet is separated. It’s nice and clean bedding! My parents and I had a great stay! Also, loved buffet style breakfast!

Perfect location near Osaka station and shopping centre.

This hotel recently became my favorite in Osaka. The location is quite convenient to walk around "Umeda" district of Osaka. Also, the room is quite clean and functional and probably a bit larger than regular business hotels in Japan. Will be my regular here.
