I stayed there for two weeks and the stay was mostly pleasant. It is close to the city centre and pretty safe. The breakfast is amazing with excellent coffee. The staff are polite. The only complaint is I needed an iron but they were unable to locate their only iron (how difficult is to stock more irons!) for the duration of my 2 week stay. Pretty disappointed by that. They suggested I send my clothes to their ironing service which I didn't want to.

I cancelled this hotel with you on 2 occasions and you took no notice whatever. I am fed up with trying to get a refund from your company for the hotel in Cotonou and also the one in Conakry. You never reply so I have no choice but to do no bookings with you as you are totally unreliable. Impossible to contact on your websites and have not replied to my last 4 emails. I give Yours very annoyed Adriasn Sarson

It was good. The restaurant need to have a physical separation with the public toilets and the rooms. Just put a board or a curtain to keep a sort of privacy. Beides that, the hotel is clean and the staff is very professional

The breakfast was awesome and the rooms are clean and noise free. However, when you travel there, bring your slippers, toothpaste, a toothbrush and a tea station because they are not provided.

The property is actually very nice, good food, breakfast and lunch. I happened to be there during New Year's Eve, beautiful dinner but boring entertainment. The customer service is very lacking, the bar had roaches and our apatment too. Roach was in the refrigerator and living room.

Front desk staff need to be taught basic customer service. The few things we asked the lady for, like replacing a broken fridge were always answered with "tomorrow " - this at 4pm!

£70 pee night not worth the agro they put you through. Upon check in asked me to pay another £10 which is city tax another bag bull*** not worth getting into. Best to stay away.

A/C is very weak, barely functional, which can be a real killer in the African heat. Reception staff just shrug and there never seems to be anyone actually willing to do something to solve a problem. For this price there are many better options in Conakry.

Although the regular rooms are supposed to have refrigerators, it's actually a tiny bar fridge that barely keeps anything cool. Also the a/c didn't work in my first room and in the second room it's just ok.

I had my room floor full of water and my suitcases wet after rain the previous night due to leaky windows..... maybe just a coincidence but it was a bad experience and vey inconvenient as I had to travel with wet suitcase
