I've stayed at Plaza35 before and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time was different. The heater in the bathroom could not be turned off (the knob was broken), and remained on for the entire night. Even with the door shut, the bedroom temperature was 84F (29C) throughout the night. The AC unit was broken and an alarm was going off all night, so the window couldn't be left open. I suspect this was a bad-luck situation, but I wish the AC units and heaters were checked by staff, as they are involved in guest comfort!

Our stay here was fine. Parking right out front which was convenient. The could have fit two beds in the bedroom instead of us having to sleep on the pull out couch. More pillows or more supportive pillows would have been appreciated. Location was close enough to the old town, about 15-20 minutes walk. It’s a nice town to get lost in and just walk around.

New hotel with nice rooms. It is a bit confusing in that the desk is on the fourth floor, and the elevator lobby at ground level isn't obvious when you first approach the building.

Everything was so modern, clean, and wonderful. The digital AC controls were confusing for my mother and so I had to turn it on every time we came back inside. Parking is expensive and not included. No breakfast and the restaurant below is a small cafe. Overall a really good experience.

The room is very clean and spacious. There’s fully equipped kitchen avail. Theres Starbucks, convenient shops at the ground level. Convenient and Totally enjoyed our stay.

Located within walking distance of nice parks and restaurants, this hotel was very nice to stay in. All very clean with nice views.

Doors were too narrow to fit a regular wheelchair. I was only able to pass doors with the physical vigorous assistance of my spouse.

It has a bedroom with a separate family room/living room, etc and a separate kitchen which is so convenient if you travel as a family. Everything you need is there. It is close to city center with 10 minutes drive to the main square. The staffs work there are also very helpful, provide us with all the help you can, and they speak very good English which is really helpful when you travel in a non-English speaking country. .
