Fire alarm woke us up and kept going off, but nothing for response or answers. Otherwise it was a wonderful place, comfortable bed. Our suite was very clean and accomodating

While the room and hallways had a few areas that could have been cleaner, it wasn’t that bad. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again next time I need to visit family.

All was well until the fire alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning. Thankfully it was a malfunction . But… peaceful sleep was interrupted by the loud alarms going off in our room. Then at breakfast the pancake maker wasn’t working right. And then when we checked out it took the printer 5 minutes to work and print out our receipt.

The hotel is nice and was in a perfect location for us. The room was spacious and clean. The safe didn't work and the bed was way too soft but who can really complain for the price. The breakfast as a whole was just ok but the biscuits were amazing.

Had a great stay, rooms were very clean. Continental Breakfast was very good, alot to choose from. Will stay there again.

The room was perfect; but I was disappointed that a hot breakfast was not provided. It was one of the reasons I chose the property.

Front desk person wasn’t the kindest . For some reason I had issues with two different credit cards for incentives at the front desk. After I had already paid for the hotel room, we swiped one of my cards it was accepted, and then she claimed it was declined, although I could show her on my statement that the money was deducted, about 10 minutes later when I got to my room it was refunded. Also not my fault. They claim that this hotel is affiliated with the casino but it’s not anywhere near it.

Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Staff was efficient and helpful. A minor problem was we had a dripping shower faucet, which couldn't get fixed when during our stay.

Inn did not have tap-and-pay for credit card and the other methods did not function, resulting in a VERY long check-in process.

This property was very clean and well kept up. Refrigerator, microwave and Keurig provided. Excellent continental breakfast! Friendly staff.

The spaciousness of the room (king size suite), microwave oven and small refrigerator, plus within walking distance of ALDI shopping center, made it very comfortable to dine in. Having a indoor pool and a well equipped exercise room were also big pluses

This hotel seems to be a newer build. It’s as good as other Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve stayed in.

Flashing yellow light from the smoke alarm kept us awake. Bright flash every few seconds. We asked if the front desk could do anything and they said it was for everyone’s safety. Our room was also right across from the stairwell, and we could hear every time someone opened the door, very loudly. Very poor quality sleep both nights of our stay.

Upon arrival, the lobby was full of people who had been given keys to rooms that had not been cleaned. The towels in my room had hairs on them. The AC did not work properly. The downstairs restroom had no toilet paper, soap, or tissues.

The biggest problem was the construction around the hotel and the noise made by the trucks. If we had realize it earlier we would have ask for a room change. The room was one of the nicest one we had ever stayed in.

The lady at the desk was very rude and refused to honor my bed choice that was booked online with Hotels.com.

Check in was easy. My king room was sufficiently clean and comfortable. I appreciate Holiday Inn Express providing the soap dispensers in the shower. I would encourage them to check the ironing boards in the rooms for needing new covers. There was something all over the one in my room so I didn’t use it and just wore a few wrinkles to my meeting.
At breakfast they were out of biscuits, cinnamon rolls and forks. I asked the front desk about forks since two people were standing there, and they just said that they were out (unapologetically). I ate pancakes and bacon with a knife and a spoon. You would have thought with stores so close by they would have run out and bought some forks.
Overall it was fine for a quick one night stay.

Unsafe with broken fire exits that let anyone without a card enter the property and watch your card because they may double charge you like they did me.
